Casamigos is a stunning 6 bedroom, 6 bath home, located in a gated community with stunning water views of the Inter-coastal Waterway! This home includes an elevator for easy access to each floor. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.

This upscale-home offers luxurious tile flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Casamigos sleeps 15 guests comfortably (8 adults, 7 children), with two master bedroom suites. All bedrooms have smart TVs. On the main floor is bedroom #1, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. There are five bedrooms on the top floor. Bedroom #2 is a large master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and a large walk-out back deck with water views. Bedroom #3 has a full-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a full over full-sized bunk bed with a pull out single-sized trundle bed and attached full bathroom . Bedroom #6 has a single over single-sized bunk bed.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. The main floor Master bedroom includes king-sized bed along with flat screen tv.

Casamigos offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy three decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. There is a large gas grill for your family cookouts. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.
