The Pina Colada shack on the water at Mannum is designed for a fun time – from the moment you walk in the door your relaxation begins! You cant help but relax and start considering the Pina Colada’s you can be sipping on the deck watching the sun set.

4 bedrooms, two bathrooms separated by a large kitchen, dining and lounge area – plenty of room to make and enjoy the cocktails!!

Large deck over looking the water is perfect for outdoor dining with a BBQ, table and outdoor fridge

Wander down to the floating pontoon and you have another spot to enjoy this beautiful property.

No Large party's or gatherings. Also no Bucks or Hens party Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay. House was immaculate, plenty of space for families. Excellent outdoor area for relaxing/bbqs. Beautiful attention to detail with everything provided, including provisions for Pina Coladas!! Would definitely recommend and happy to stay again!!!

We recently stayed at this riverside home with my 85-year-old mother, and while the property itself was clean and nicely decorated inside, there were several important things future guests should know.Firstly, the listing didn’t mention that there are very steep stairs leading to the yard and river area, as well as a steep driveway. This made access quite difficult for us, especially given our ages and my elderly mother’s mobility. We had advised the host of this in advance, but it wasn’t mentioned that access could be challenging.One of the main reasons we booked was the beautiful “Bali Hut” by the river, but unfortunately, it was infested with spiders and the furniture fabric was quite dirty, so we couldn’t really enjoy it.We also had issues with both TVs, which were very temperamental. It wasn’t easy for us to manage having to climb on a chair to reach the power points behind them and reset things multiple times.On a positive note, the interior of the house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the welcome Pina Colada cocktail gift was a lovely touch.However, our hope for a peaceful riverside retreat was interrupted by neighbours mowing lawns and using power tools on what ended up being the nicest weather day of our stay — something outside the host’s control, but still disappointing.Overall, while the home itself has potential, the lack of accessibility details, outdoor upkeep, and minor technical issues made it less enjoyable for us than we’d hoped.

Great set up, clean and had everything we needed. The fire pit and fishing from the pontoon were everyone's highlights.TV /internet struggled a bit with the footy finals, an aerial for free to air would be good.Would love to come back again!

Family getaway

The house was spotless and in the perfect location. The little extras were appreciated. The beds were super comfy and plenty of hot water and pressure in the showers. The Bali style hut down by the water was great for relaxing and star gazing at night. The little ones brought their bikes and had daily bike rides around the area. If you bring your own boat you can enjoy the river. Highly recommend this property.Good base to explore the area.

Beautiful location

My family and i stayed there for 3 nights, beautiful house and great location! Had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to utensils to bedding! Joel was a pleasure to communicate with and will definitely going back! The pina coladas on arrival was exactly what we all needed on arrival from packing and driving all day!

Overall an awesome weekend, having access to our own pontoon for the jetski and river access was great. The pergola could do with a de spider webbing but otherwise could not fault the house. As for the outside bbq, having a 6 burnner was amazing for a big family. Thanks for having us, Tim

Wholesome weekend away

Very clean and well presented. All amenities required provided. Incredibly safe for young children as the grass area is fully fenced from water, and the balcony has gate. We loved our stay.

Great for young families

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and easy to use. We have a young child, so the fenced area was great. The entrance to the water was reed-free and a small sandy beach was enjoyed by our child.

River getaway

Stayed for a weekend river getaway with friends and family. Cocktail ingredients on arrival were a lovely touch. House well equipped but a very hot weekend so air con was struggling and only fans in bedrooms. Would be a lovely stay in winter also

A little slice of Heaven.

The perfect place for a short getaway. The property is easy to get to and was 100% as described. Plenty of room inside and out. An amazingly stocked kitchen (utensils, cutlery, crockery etc) made mealtimes a breeze. A beautiful quiet street and everything we needed for a relaxing few nights away. Home away from Home!!

Quick getaway

It was a beautifully presented house in a perfect location for a quick getaway 10 days before the Christmas period. We had some pretty hot days 40+ so the air con got a massive work out. Not sure if the coffee machine is broken as we had trouble working it. Overall, fantastic little spot to unwind and enjoy family time.

Amazing property

A beautiful house tastefully decorated, all mod cons and comforts. A well stocked pantry and makings for a cocktail on arrival. The hosts thought of everything. Situated on the marina we watched the river and bird life, all so tranquil. We hope to go back soon.

Perfect property for a short stay by the water

Great property, had a wonderful weekend with friends and family celebrating a special occasion. Access to the water meant we could go kayaking whenever wanted. Plenty of outdoor furniture on deck and downstairs. Steep driveway a bit scary, but well paved, so not really a problem. Little touches like cocktails on arrival, and kitchen basics were great. Perfect Retreat

I recently took my team of 7 for an offsite planning session over two days, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating everyone with plenty of room to work together or break out into smaller groups.
