Overall, this place was great for my friends and me. For being pet-friendly, it was very, very clean for the most part. Nice beds, spacious living room and kitchen. Having a second bathroom is helpful when people are showering/getting ready. The place is in a great neighborhood within walking distance is a busier road full of restaurants. I rated a 4 because of some cleaning suggestions.

My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the area immensely! It’s safe, quiet and close to several beautiful parks. It’s also very central to a variety of dining options and a grocery store. This is a great rental property!

The perfect home away from home, walking distance to downtown city life.

We absolutely loved the home and the location. It was our first time in Charlotte and I don’t think that I could have found a home with a more perfect, safe location. The home was beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. Will def stay here again if we are in town.

Great location and setup

Very convenient to many places in downtown Charlotte. Could easily walk to many restaurants and breweries with my sister.

Convenient location

The Dilworth Dream Cottage is conveniently located near Interstate access, sports venues and transportation hubs plus restaurants and shops. The Cottage had all the amenities we needed for our weekend trip to Charlotte to watch the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. Check in and check out procedures easy to follow and worked well.
