The Building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. You would not believe how convenient this makes it! Also, Palazzo is known to have some of the fastest elevators in the area, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze. Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units.



Amenities – Palazzo features a swimming pool, heated seasonally, located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Makes working out much more enjoyable!
