Clean and comfortable. The location is great- easy to get to restaurants and there is a good selection. Mykonos is amazing! My duaghter needed to do a running workout (hills) while we were there so we ran right in the community. People were friendly and it feels safe.There were a few lights burnt out in the kitchen and some ants on the counter. I did not contact the property manager about either of these things as the property was otherwise great. It is dated for sure with decor and furniture but totally functional and the price is reasonable.I would stay here again.

This lovely townhouse is as pictured: bright, airy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We were delighted with the location's easy access to The Science Center, beautiful parks, Green Valley Grill and other wonderful restaurants.Our question regarding check-in was responded to quickly. Our host went way out of her way to arrange for the return of a forgotton cell phone. This home was a perfect spot for our group of three women to spend a great vacation!

Holiday visit to Greensboro

Easy to find, get in, and comfortable stay. Though unit accommodates 6 there are not 6 chairs at the dining table, or enough space on sofas for the group. Extra towels were provided for our stay without asking which was appreciated.

Great location and neighborhood

The townhouse was absolutely spotless and beautiful. Everything from communication,check in,accuracy of described property was spot on. There was even extras there such as toiletries,extra trash bags,paper towels and balloons that we did not expect. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We definitely recommend this property if you’re in the area.

Our family was in Greensboro for a karate tournament and found this home located reasonably close to the downtown area. We are so glad we picked this house. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The pool was great and within walking distance. Plenty of grocery stores nearby to put the kitchen to use. We prefer cooking in rather than eating out so we are always looking for homes to rent rather than hotels. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to this area.

Great location and townhouse

We absolutely enjoyed this cozy townhouse. It was supposed to be 4 of us but only 3 of us stayed. Everyone had their own space. Only thing I recommend is adding additional TVs to the bedrooms or at least master. Luckily we were gone often but we all had to watch tv downstairs. We said if we meet in this city again we will aim for this location every time.

This was a great place. Very convenient to what we were in town for. The place was clean and very nice. We only had a minor issue with communication while there but apparently, that was due to a new number or person in charge of the communication. If we would have had an emergency it could have been a challenge. Very comfortable. Very convenient. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Since we were there 2 weeks, a few cleaning aids would have been nice. But my bad - I should have called host. Just busy. Loved the xmas lights thru out community.

Convenient stay in Greensboro

Our family of four stayed for a track meet at A&T University. The location was nice, the neighborhood was clean and safe and the Harris teeter close by was great. We liked having 3 bathrooms and bedrooms. There was a slight musty smell downstairs and in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms seemed a little nicer. In general the house was clean but needs some updating and getting rid of the carpet would be a great idea for a rental house. Every bedroom needs nightables with lamps Kitchen was very modestly stocked and it needs a full size coffee maker. Check in process was easy and instructions and information about the rental provided were thorough and accurate.

Below Expectations!

The townhouse was not as depicted in the photos. While it was very clean, it was an older property with fresh paint. The listing should be more transparent about its actual look and condition.There were several inconveniences during my stay. The internet didn’t work for half the time, and while the owner eventually responded and tried to fix it, it required a technician, which meant rearranging my plans. The master bedroom toilet was also broken, and while the owner did come to repair it, these maintenance issues should have been addressed beforehand.Basic amenities were lacking. There was no hairdryer, only one set of towels and washcloths, no detergent for laundry, and minimal toiletries. Additionally, despite paying a cleaning fee, guests are required to strip the beds and take out the trash.Another major drawback was the lack of TVs in each bedroom. For a three-bedroom townhouse, it would greatly enhance the experience if each room had its own TV.The owners were very kind and responsive, but they need to better prepare for guests and update the property to meet expectations. Overall, I would rate my stay 2.5 out of 5.
