Summary:
Immaculate 2/2.5 2nd story corner unit offering stunning ocean views while also overlooking the pool & jacuzzi. Easy access to the elevator to load in & out & get back and forth from the pool area. Newly remodeled-light & bright throughout. Kitchen has bar-top seating with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher & oven range/stovetop. 2 private balconies to take in the views-perfect for sunset enjoyment. 2 comfortable bedrooms & a sofa bed allow for 6 guests.

The Space:
This second level condo is accessible by elevator with parking just below. Upon entering you will find a bathroom, fully stocked kitchen ready for prepping meals of your choice. Bar top seating allows you to enjoy some company and a drink while you prepare a meal. For an added bonus look beyond them to see the ocean views outside. A dining table is ready to enjoy your meals. Relax, play games or enjoy the large screen tv in your living area. Step outside onto the private balcony to watch the sunset. (Note: this is a great space to allow fellow guests to enjoy the pool while you prep a meal-simply step outside to call them up when all is ready). Upstairs you will find a stackable washer and dryer in the hall and a full bathroom with ample counter space and step in shower/tub. Two bedrooms with closets and furnishings to store your belongings-one offers a second private balcony with all the same amazing views from the third story.

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Jacuzzi; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace and outdoor firepits located next to the main pool and South Bluff pool (all are available at first-come-first-serve basis). Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores package and bike rentals are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. North Bluff Pool and hot tub is accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, bonfire rental and bike rentals are not available to private renters.
Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Quiet. Nice ocean view from balcony. Clean rooms. Adequate amenities and cooking supplies. Refrigerator could get an update to more modern one with filtered water. Otherwise kitchen is fully functional.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there was a really strong bad smell and some things were a little dirty especially the downstairs carpet. But everything else was fine. The view is amazing! We saw so many whales just from our balcony! The grounds and area are lovely. It was probably the best trip we’ve taken as a family. The kids loved the pool.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful property and beautiful views. The beach was a short walk from the condo, and the swimming pools were heated. Great place for a big family. A park for the kids was close by, as well as shopping, a market, and restaurants- all within walking distance. It was also a short drive to many tourist places. The condo was well equipped and maintained and was exactly as described. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again, and we recommend.

A couple days away

Seascape resort is very nice. I would say 3-4 stars. The actual unit was nice but beds were very uncomfortable and they have a light sensor in the bedroom that makes the bathroom light go on if anyone moves on the bed. Also, they need to get the correct size coffee filters for the coffee maker . If you are going with a family the pool is next to the unit and there are nice walking paths all around.
