9 Cedar Street, a beautiful art deco home, perfectly situated in the very heart of Evans Head. Hosting up to 12 guests, this generous family home is only a stone's throw from the local shops and cafes, and the stunning Evans River. Enjoy the comforts of air-conditioning in the living area, splash about in the swimming pool at the rear or enjoy a cold beverage in one of the many chill out zones located around the home. Designed for relaxed comfort all year round, this is sure to be a favourite among many.
Features include;
- Generous living space with plenty of room for the family, Smart TV, unlimited Wifi and reverse cycle air-conditioning
- Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine and dishwasher
- Master bedroom with King bed
- Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both feature queen beds, with Bedroom 3 also offering a single trundle mattress stored neatly underneath. Bedroom 4 includes a double bed, while the fifth bedroom has a second king bed that can be converted into two singles if preferred. In addition, the living area includes a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating two extra guests.
- Expansive rear sunroom with dining area, comfy leather lounges, a gas BBQ and second shower and toilet.
- Large inground swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in on those hot summer days
- Large internal laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and second fridge
- A port-a-cot is available onsite for families travelling with little ones.
