+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
+ Absolutely no pets are allowed without written permission
+Outdoor Security Cameras located at the front of the house. Audio and video recording 24/7.
+ The listing is monitored with a decibel reader to allow us to identify noise levels that are considered disruptive. The decibel reader does not record or capture any audio. When we receive this notification we will kindly make you aware of the noise level and ask you to turn it down a few notches
