Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon! It was very clean and felt like home! Loved the view and the fireplace! So close to Main Street!

Location perfect for skiing/boarding and visiting local restaurants and shopping; heating and cooling did not function properly; small bathroom/shower needs update

Location, location

We enjoyed this condo for its private parking and walking distance to all the downtown businesses. It was the perfect size for a couple. Since we are summer visitors we were pleasantly surprised to find some hiking trails just outside our door!

River mountain lodge

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, the room was very clean and the room was very comfortable for me my wife and two kids. Shops, food, gondola and ski shops are all near by. The best thing I liked was skiing down the mountain on the four o clock trail, just to cross the street to get to where I stay. I definitely would recommend this stay and I would stay here again.

Breck Condo Stay

The couch was very uncomfortable and bed pillows were too hard and a few more instructions about the check in would have helped. A sponge and a few more kitchen items would help with meals and clean up. Overall a good location and easy place to stay until the elevator broke down and we had to carry everything multiple floors. Would recommend this place.

Perfect location and a king size bed (!)

It has a convenient location in a nice apartment complex. It needs some updating (compared to other apartments I stayed in in the area), but it is generally very good. The ski check-in/check-out at the reception is quick and helps avoid carrying the equipment to the unit or the storage facility (some properties in Breck have storage in the underground car parks). The bus stop is on the other side of the street and takes you directly to the skiing area; the 4 o'clock run ends there too - you do not need to walk very far in your ski boots (if you decide the come back to the unit by bus, the stop is literally outside the door). There is a very convenient and inexpensive ski and snowboard rental just a few steps down the street. Of course, there are certain things that could be improved, but nothing is perfect, and we prefer to stay here than in an immaculate new unit that is a long walk (or bus ride) from the town of the lifts. Additionally, a king-size bed combined with an in-unit washer/dryer are not an easy find in Breck. One thing that cannot be improved is that it is on the street side. I did not mind some noise, and in fact, I loved looking at the colourful traffic lights and the snow ploughs at night!
