Spacious, enough rooms for all 10 of us. Full kitchen was put to use. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Enjoyed the walk for ice cream and fruit! Quick access to Main Street. Property felt very private. Great home base for the wedding we were attending. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions

Really great house! Hot tub was great, as was the pool table and big screen. Had everything we needed! Plenty of places to visit in the area! The owners were very responsive, straight away!

This place is seriously amazing! It was perfect home base for doing lots of adventuring during the day - both in and around Sicamous. We travelled with kids so we always made our way back to cook supper and hang out at the end of the day. The kitchen is stocked with literally anything you could imagine you’d need to cook a solid meal. The indoor/outdoor hang out space is to die for! And it is so spacious. And the kid stuff provided with the property really cut down on our packing. The hosts were super quick to respond to any questions or needs. It really made an extended family vacation with little kids so relaxing.

Anniversary

The property was perfect for our family of 5 plus boy friends and girl friends. Dale and victoria answered any questions very quick and they are an awesome couple to deal with. The hosue is very large and the deck was great to get out of the sun after being on the lake all day. We couldnt of picked a better spot. Definitely renting again.

Sibling Get Together

The Blue Owl Villa was as advertised, comfortably accommodated 10 adults for our weekend gathering. The home was well stocked with items we required for meals and entertainment. We enjoyed the spacious dining/ living room area as well as the comfortable deck where we spent considerable time as the weather was excellent. With only 2 showers it was a bit of a challenge to align shower time for everyone but we managed to make it work.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the location to others.Thank you Dale for making our stay memorable!

Great place to stay

It is in a great location clean liked the hot tub and the drying room was a huge benefit would definitely recommend to friends and will stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The home is spacious and well appointed. It served as a great home base for our golfing / mountain biking weekend. Dale, our host, was very easy to deal with and was always very quick to respond to any questions.

The layout of the house was great for our family and extended family. I love the wrap around deck!! House had everything and anything you could think of for us to enjoy our stay. Very Quiet and private yard. Close to Dutchmen Dairy so we could walk their everyday with the kids and enjoy an ice cream. We did have it that the air conditioner quit working but the hosts were excellent and very prompt with getting it fixed so we thank you for that:)

Canada Day Family Trip

The Good: Big house that fit everyone comfortably. Covered outdoor area was great for the rainy days, love the wrap around deck. Hot tub is nice and large. Beautiful trees blocking the road in the back yard. Close to the fruit world and Dutchman. Hosts are extremely quick to respond. Basement entertainment center is great. Nice big kitchen island. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers was a nice touch. The not as good: The house sleeps 10 and there’s just enough dishes for that many for one meal. Soap pods and toilet paper were rationed quite tightly (possibly because renters take excess home). Wasn’t enough to run dishwasher each day or to do the laundry for towels. Only 1 shower for 4 bedrooms to share unless going up to the loft bedroom to use theirs. Quite a lot of wear and tear on the kitchen appliances and furniture. The outdoor space didn’t appear to be cleaned before we came, but that’ll depend on how recent the last rental left I imagine as nature will take over.

Great place!

Comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice hot tub. Love the pool table and Theater. The few things we needed were looked after immediately. A bit hard to locate the house. Could use a few more comfy chairs in the living room.

Has everything you need, they covered all the bases for a great short term rental. We stayed in the spring but I imagine the summers are amazing there.

Fantastic property, great location

2 families stayed here for a long weekend. Can’t say enough great things about it. Amazing house, great location, fully equipped. Super clean. We all loved the deck and the hot tub. Close to the beach too. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend

Came for the music festival which unfortunately was cancelled after the 1st night, so made the best use of the property. Lawn games, hot tub, cooking, pool table etc. Would definitely rent it again.

Best Birthday Ever

This is a fantastic place! We got together with family for a 50th birthday celebration weekend. The place was the ideal rental. It was simple to check in and immediately felt relaxing. The open kitchen/living room area made it easy to socialize. The yard area was great for outdoor games. The massive wrap around patio was a very popular meeting spot. It has a very well designed layout for dogs which was well appreciated. We spent so much time upstairs, we didn't really take advantage of the impressive basement. We ran out of time to get in a game of billiards but we did watch a show on the home theatre. We selfishly don't want too many people to find out about it because we don't want it to be constantly booked!
