Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Extra guests = Extra fees. $35 per person above your inital booking count x length of the reservation. This includes visitors or non-overnight guests.

Pool access is an additional $25 per person, per day and is not included in your stay. Hot Tub is not included in the base rate and is $100 per stay.

Guest agrees to review and sign the required rental agreement prior to booking. All reservations are non-refundable.
