This sweet bungalow has it all - comfort, nature, quiet, clean. We thoroughly enjoyed this two bedroom one bath cottage with carport parking, ten minute walk to the solar train (the best trip to downtown Byron and back!!!), efficiency kitchen with all the things. Seriously adore this place and all its amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Great location - easy to walk to grocery store, hotel and brewery. Awesome backyard and everything you need in the kitchen. Wifi needs an extender or an upgrade. TV also needs an upgrade.

Jenny and Jeremy are in the busy world of corporate law and financial services respectively. After putting in the hard yards at the office, they love to decompress by enjoying a walk with their puppies, through the park or along the beach.
Why they chose this property
We love Byron for its Bohemian style, multiculturalism and friendly atmosphere. Purchasing a place with a main house and bungalow gave us the benefit of meeting new people and having an additional income. This is our place: we stay here often and we hope you love it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
The fully-fenced yard is safe for puppies, and opens onto a great parkland with kids playground equipment. For the older kids, you can walk through the park to the pub and nearby beach.
