This newly remodeled three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom golf villa in Casa de Campo Resort offers stunning views of the Teeth of the Dog Golf Course (holes 1 and 9), the Caribbean Sea, and Catalina Island. Ideal for families and golf enthusiasts, it provides a perfect base for enjoying the resort’s activities while offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation.



The villa features a contemporary design with spacious living areas spread across three levels. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and two full beds, along with access to a charming outdoor covered terrace. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, LED TVs, Internet TV, a safe box, Starlink Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, a large balcony, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the complex’s private pool.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

The affected areas will be: Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some not all) and Golf Villas Phase 1.
