Enjoy your time in our studio suite, unit B with a garden view. This suite is perfect for a couple or single person. It has a minikitchen with all the amenities. The resort is oceanfront with a short walk to the ocean. The unit is wheelchair accessible with underground parking and an elevator to your suite. Guests will also have access to the pool, hot tub and exercise facility as well as the gorgeous outdoor hot tub area and outdoor wood fireplace!

Wonderfull resort property and reasonably close to the beach. Cute room that met all of our needs. Beautiful area near to everything you need for a great vacation.

Horrible Experience

We walked into the lobby and noticed right away how unclean things were. We walked off the dirty elevator to a large stain on the carpet from a leaking AC unit in the ceiling. We entered the room to a messy bed. Pillows were greasy and smelled of dirty greasy hair. The headboard also had 2 large grease stains from someone resting against it. The room smelled dirty. Drapes falling from the track. Shower had black grout, toilet dirty and soap scum on glass shower doors. Two face clothes left for 2 people staying for 5 days. One of the face clothes was already dirty. Appliances were not cleaned. My husband took the coffee pot into the shower to give it a good rinse and then I had to run vinegar thru coffee maker and kettle. Zero cleaning products left on site. Deck was dirty with metal bistro set that had no cushions. ( when looking at the other decks they had cushions ) BBQ was not useable due to filth! No where to hang our clothes as closet was being used to store vacuum brooms and mops. We had to go out and buy new pillows, face clothes and cleaning products. I spent the first 2 hours tidying up so we could sleep after a 14 hr travel day and more the next day with our cleaning supplies.Paid top dollar for basement quality lodgings.Vacationers beware

Comfortable room, great location

The room was all as advertised. Unit and the location are quite good. The host was very helpful. Wish the bed was a bit bigger, it seemed like a small queen bed. Shower needs a bigger shelf. Neighbours in next room were noisy which took away from the great experience. Would stay again and do recommend.

A/C Unit

Upon arrival we came upon an Air Conditioner unit that was sitting on a bedside night table. It was loud and 2 feet from our heads. We only stayed 2 nights instead of 3 and were promised a refund for the 3rd night. Hopefully we will receive it soon.

Parksville getaway

Great location with beach access! The room was perfect for what we needed and came equip with the basics. We will definitely stay here again!

All required essentials were available in side the room, though it was mentioned as a suite, it is much of a room with kitchen utensils. Overall, the stay was calm and peaceful. Very friendly staff all around.
