Welcome to Bridgeland Cozy Corner!

You will love this amazing home located in one of Calgary's oldest and most charismatic neighborhoods which was founded in the 1880's.

Bridgeland is home to some of Calgary's best restaurants, food markets, retail shopping and is walking distance to the Zoo, Telus Spark, BMO Center, the Saddledome, Stampede Park, Studio Bell, Telus Convention Center, Calgary's award winning Public Library, Princes Island Park, Bow River Pathway and many more venues that most Calgarians have to drive to.

The home was built in the 1940's and has been lovingly renovated to its current state. The home has a very relaxed vibe with lots of natural light flowing in plus great views of downtown Calgary. Enjoy the 2 living rooms (upstairs & downstairs), 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen mattresses, deep soaker tubs in both bathrooms, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, full sized boot room for bikes, backpacks, skis and snowboards, a dedicated office space including an adjustable smart desk and a printer, high speed fiber internet, a play area for kids and laundry area with full sized washer/dryer and ironing board.

Why stare at the inside of your 4 walls while at a condo, apartment or hotel? Enjoy your own large outdoor space on this corner lot with many interesting perennials, shrubs, flowers, a Gala apple tree, bbq, outdoor table/seating and great views of downtown.

Due to the central location of the home, you are 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Deerfoot Trail, the main north/south corridor in Alberta and 5 minutes to16th Ave (Trans Canada Hwy) the main east/west corridor in Canada. Getting around town from Bridgeland is easy by foot, bike or vehicle.

We are very excited to share our home with travelers from around the world. We have travelled extensively and we believe we have a great spot for our guests to use as a home base in their exploration of Calgary, Banff and beyond.

This great little house was better than the listing. So well curated. All the things you need, including details like sharp knives for cooking, enough dishes for us all, appropriate cookware. A/c worked great.. thank goodness as we visited during the Calgary heatwave. It’s a great location, has an ice cream shop down the block, comfortable beds, Keurig coffee pot with pods although we brought our own. Lynn even came by with a lovely wedding gift for our bride and groom. Communication was top notch, check in and out both slick and easy. One night we hosted family with an bbque in the outside, lovely comfortable yard. Highly recommend. Thank you for making our week so comfortable.

We had a great stay, worked well for the family.Not sure if you have wasp nest , by the back door , where the extension meets the house.The cleaner needs to make sure that leftover jars that are mouldy are thrown out. Thank you , Javi.

Great location for a wedding at Calgary ZooHouse had everything we needed, Rob was helpful with all my questions.Bridgeland is a very nice area and an easy walk to restaurants.

Great accommodation. Only concern was the steps without rails for elderly travelers that we did not know about before we arrived. Thanks especially for the goody basket.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, nice location, loved the beautiful gift basket and note the hosts left for us, had some K cups ready for us coffee drinkers, had nice plants in the garden area, and enjoyed seeing the rabbits around the house. These hosts are very detail oriented and good communicators.

It really was exactly as it was named, cozy. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. The house itself was very nice and well appointed with everything you could imagine needing. The hosts were awesome when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again when next in the area. Home Away from Home

Great attention to detail; it was like being at home with all amenities. Obviously there will be differences between your home and this rental but this is easily one of the best rentals we have ever been in. The little touches were most appreciated: decent flatware, ceramic plates and mugs, excellent glasses, we saw THREE coffee makers!, makeup removal towels and pads, cotton swabs, comfortable couches with cushions, wonderful window shades, dual night tables with table lamps in each bedroom, I could go on and on!

A place that thought of everything!

Anything and everything a person could need was there. Can’t think of a thing missing unless you needed a champagne glass! Easy to get in - there are a few steps, though. The basement apartment is awesome. So comfortable throughout. Do need a car to get downtown but it is close. The hosts set up a Christmas tree! What an awesome touch! We loved it.

Excellent location and home away from home

Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful residential older neighbourhood with big trees. Great location to get to all areas of town. Lovely back garden. Bistro table up front. Hosts were very available when needed. Beds very comfortable. We highly recommend this home.

Bridgeland gem

Thoughtfully, appointed kitchen, fluffy towels, good lighting for relaxing, and reading, clean and compact. Only a 25 minute walk to the E bike rentals and lots of bicycle trails. Excellent location in a charming neighbourhood close to good restaurants, ice cream, shops, and spectacular scenery. Very comfortable for four adults and we would definitely stay there again

Fantastic place in a great neighbourhood!

My friends and I loved our stay! The house itself looked as pictured, was clean, and had the basics needed to cook and use the kitchen. We particularly loved the backyard where we had breakfast every morning. Would absolutely book again.

Worked perfectly for us!

This was a great stay for 2 adult couples, with plenty of space, privacy, and amenties for both couples. Very well taken care of property, extremely clean, and plenty of little, personal touches to make it even more welcoming and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. We were only in the city for 3 nights to visit friends and extended family, and the location was very well positioned to get us everywhere we needed to go. Appreciated the parking for our rental car, and communication with the host was top notch! Exactly as advertised. A+ stay.

Loved it!

This property makes you feel like you are home! The attention to detail is exceptional and the hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is great and very walkable, with popular restaurants close by. We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely house in Bridgeland

Wonderful hospitality

We were lucky to have this home as our base over Christmas and New Years. It was great for our extended family get together as it is centrally located, allowing us to meet family spread across the city as well as getting easily to the mountains or downtown. It is very clean, has a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable mattresses and pillows, and the hosts were exceptional. They went out of their way to decorate and had a much appreciated basket of goodies for us to start off our vacation. Very attentive hosts!

A cozy corner cottage

We really enjoyed staying in Rob & Linh’s house. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. It’s in a very walkable neighbourhood with plenty of good restaurants. It’s close enough to downtown that you can even walk there. The gift basket was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

A Wonderful Welcoming Cozy Home !!

From the second you step foot in this home it will feel as if you’re walking into your own home. Our hosts Rob & Linh put in those little extras that made us feel so welcomed by really going above and beyond what you would expect normally. From the easy communication to things like the welcome basket and “home binder” full of information about the home and surrounding area of Calgary. Don’t be fooled by the simple look of this home on the outside, Rob & Linh did an amazing job inside. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Two lounge areas, A kitchen with everything you need and a laundry room. This was more than enough to accommodate our family of five. The cleanliness was impeccable. Fully stocked bathrooms with bath, hand and face towels, just shows the care and consideration our hosts put in to making our stay the best experience possible. The charm of this “Cozy Home” as it’s affectionately called truly earns its name from the Calgary themed artwork to the birds singing in the backyard. The area where this wonderful little home is located in Calgary is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and is in walking distance of excellent upper scale coffee shops, food market, ice cream and a very popular Raman noodle place. You will not be disappointed. Over all, staying at Rob & Linh’s Cozy Home was a fantastic experience that made our trip to Calgary just that much more Special. For a Peaceful, Quiet, Comfortable, Clean and Amazing Calgary Stay … I highly recommend staying here ! JP

My family and I stayed at Rob and Linh's VRBO for 3 nights. We attended a family reunion. The house was very comfortable and had everything we could ever ask for. The location was very lovely as it was walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants. The back yard was beautifully lit and had an apple tree. The apples are Gala apples and were delicious! Rob and Linh were very easy to communicate with and are very gracious hosts. We had to cut our stay short (3 days instead of 4) because of a family emergency. They were very kind and refunded my credit card for the the amount for the final day. Would come back in a heartbeat!!
