We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our group. The pool was wonderful, and overall the home made for a great getaway. There are a few minor repairs that could use attention, but nothing that took away from the experience.On our last night, the AC unfortunately stopped working around midnight and the house became quite warm. The local property contact was very responsive, even in the middle of the night, but wasn’t able to get service arranged until the following afternoon—which was after our checkout time. I completely understand that unexpected issues can happen, but I was hopeful to receive a partial refund for that last night given the circumstances. I’ve reached out a few times but haven’t yet heard back.Overall, it’s a lovely property with so much to offer, and I would happily stay again if the communication after checkout improves a bit

Getaway with Family

Great getaway with family who live near by. We decided to get the larger home just in case they decided to stay, the house was exactly as pictured. Pool not heated but was the perfect temp in hot days. Checkin & out was amazing. No complaints, Definitely would stay again!!

Great Property

This is our 2nd annual stay for our boys golf weekend. Comfortable and spacious. Just be sure to bring your own shower soap & shampoo.

Great place

Excellent place to stay with family. Very clean, well equipped, large and accommodating. Check in and out procedures were easy, and point of contact is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Family Wedding

The home was in great shape and very clean. It was spacious and great area around pool. Our only issue was we tried to extend our stay and ask a question but could not reach our contact person but finally called either vrbo or evolve and they got use hooked up. Could use few more utensils and cooking items. Grill worked great was very clean. Over all very nice and do again in heart beat, great place.

Don't do it

I recently stayed at a VRBO/Evolve rental with my three children, my father-in-law, my husband and my friend and her husband. I have tried to contact the owner previously about my husband's missing wedding ring. He knows he left it on the nightstand so it should have been an easy find but I have not received any call back, any email back, no contact, and neither has my husband when he also tried to contact her. Recently we discovered that half of us who had been staying at this rental All developed what seemed to be bug bites. Today we went in and got them examined and were told that they were SCABIES If you know anything about those, they could develop 1 to 6 weeks after contact. I am horrified. There are 4 of us on this trip that are immunocompromised. Clearly the cleaning company you have hired for the rental not only never cleans as they are supposed to, but they are thieves as well. Either that, or the owner is. I see that I signed a waiver for the rental saying I was going at my own risk but my friends and other family did not. What do you plan on doing to remedy this situation?!

Outstanding House!

The house was just wonderful! As advertised, it was large, clean, welcoming and just what we needed for our family's vacation in Florida. Each adult child had their own room and the open concept layout meant the kitchen and living room area is where everyone hung out and spent time together. The pool was refreshing! 1000% would stay here again!

The space was nicely equipped with furniture inside and out. The cleanliness upon arrival was ok. One area that could use some attention is the severe lack of cooking utensils, silverware and plates. For a home that can sleep 8, we found ourselves using disposables a lot, because there just wasn’t enough.

Great Time

The house was very nice and spacious and the location was in a great neighborhood. Everything was clean. The only issue we noticed was the no hot was in the back bathroom shower but I see in previous reviews that has been ongoing. This was not a big deal for us since there was only four of us, we just switched and used the other bathroom shower. Overall we had a great vacation!

Nice location but read the review

House listed for 8 people, but not enough amenities for 8. Missing kitchen utensils. No hot water in one bathroom (reported on previous review). Possibly the worst mattresses we aver slept on. DR table too small for 8 people. One hand/face towel per bathroom.

Wonderful getaway for our family reunion group.

This was a clean and comfortable place for the eight of us to sleep and visit. The manager or owner was notified that the bedroom doors needed oiling as they squeaked quite noisily in the middle of the night. Lol. The kitchen did need a few more dishes, cups, plates, etc. to have enough for eight people, but we made do with disposables. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would use them again.
