place was very nice, improvements required to get an excellent rating.master bedroom is too hot, inwall ac was dirty, could not use.bed too small, should be a king, current one one too low.

David, Thanks for visiting our cottage, sorry for the inconvenience but you are the only one complaining about the bed since the size is exactly mentioned in there, we never said and advertised for split AC, since the house AC is working properly and even we have extra fan for just anyone looking for extra air. Thanks

Place was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend trip.The place itself was great but our only complaint was the neighbor who has strong feelings against rental homes. If you have dinner outside at 8pm or use the hot tub at 10pm they may complain and threaten to call the police. This would be best if you are looking for a nice quiet place.Host communicates quickly when I had questions and was available to call if I needed to.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Georgian Bay! The rental was a beautiful home which was very clean, linens provided, beds made and ready to go. The pictures are very accurate. I would add that it is a split level home, so it might be a slight challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs (although short flights) throughout and to all bedrooms. Our communication with the host was great, and he quickly answered all of our questions, especially regarding the trash. (Different color totes depending on the week). The views from the waterside of the home in all levels were beautiful, especially the gorgeous sunrise one morning! We enjoyed all of the amenities including the game room, hot tub, and kayaks. It was a perfect little get away for our family. We greatly enjoyed our time together at this property, and would definitely rent again!

Our family spent a lovely Thanksgiving long weekend here. The house was spacious and had plenty of large windows with great views and numerous spaces for together time and solitary time. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit for all.Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for all the great memories!

Highly recommend and better than I expected

We head great stay with my family and friends, the house was really beautiful and very species, and very comfortable. The living room with large windows look on to the lakefront was breathtaking. The water condition is good and shallow and safe for kids.

Very large interior. Lots of space for families or large groups. Private beach and privacy of the four bedrooms were a highlight. Great views of the lake from the kitchen, master bedroom, sunroom, and balcony off the upper living room. Great location, close to a small park for kids, on a quiet road about 20 mins from Penetang. Host was travelling during our stay, so communication was difficult during our trip.

The home itself was exactly what we were expecting. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of things to do. Out of the owners control, the geese had made a mess of the yard and beach so we were constantly reminding the youngsters to check their shoes or simply take them off when coming inside. Also, out of the owners control was the unwelcoming neighbors who stared us down when we arrived. The no trespassing signs and other sign made us feel on edge anytime we were outside when they were also outside. Last, the trash/recyling/organics system needs better explanation. Recycling/organics was picked up on Monday. While someone came and took them to the curb, the listing said trash was on Tuesday. Trash was not picked up on Tuesday and the can had trash in it from the prior group that was there. We don’t have such a system were we live so we did our best to put things where we thought they belonged.
