- 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 3 living areas (including a self-contained unit)
- 10-meter outdoor heated pool and hot tub
- Pool table and dart board
- Underfloor heating in all bathrooms
- 3 off-road carparks, use of surfboards and bikes
- 7 minutes walk to beach and village

The space: The house was built in 2022 and so the space is fresh and modern. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Downstairs is a separate contained unit if some people prefer their own space (this IS part of the overall rental too).

Guest access: Guest will have access to the entire house.
NB: As this is a personal house - parts of the house will be locked, and wardrobes will be partially clear for storage of luggage/clothes etc

Other things to note
NB: We have two friendly CATS that will remain at the house while it is rented. They require minimal care, but we will request the renters feed them cat biscuits morning and evening.

The house is not available year round BUT if you have a special occasion, we are flexible to make the house available for you, with minimum night stay required.
