The Shea Lakehouse is an all season modern lakefront cottage in the heart of Muskoka, located on 3 Mile Lake, in close proximity to Port Carling, Bracebridge and Huntsville.

• 3 Bedrooms ( + extra king size bed in lower level walkout )
• Modern Kitchen with double oven, bar fridge and microwave
• Wood burning stove on main floor, propane fireplace on lower level,
• Air conditioning for summer months
• 2 tier deck with hot tub on lakeside lower level
• Full seating area on upper deck (ideal for outdoor dining)
• Roadside deck with covered seating area
• Hotel style bedding in all bedrooms
• Full linens, bath and beach towels
• Bluetooth sound system throughout cottage (includes speakers inside bedrooms on main floor)
• Laundry room on main floor, washer & dryer
• Dedicated workspace included with WIFI and printer

• 110 feet of private lakefront on 3 Mile Lake with private dock and ladder access to the water
• Access to kayaks, life jackets, water toys
• Outdoor firepit both on lakeside and roadside
• Parking area for 5 cars with easy access to front door for loading
• Located on a dead end street with trees for privacy
• Lake is good for fishing, kayaking, boating, water sports (14-50 feet depth)
• 2 mins from public access boat launch

Week long stay

Excellent experience all round. Beautiful and comfortable home. Well equipped. Responsive hosts. Nice dock for enjoying sun and lake swimming and kayaking. Would easily return again.

Beautiful oasis on the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shea Lakehouse. All amenities exceeded our expectations. The two fire pits and use of kayaks was a bonus! The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thanks again!!

Lake house getaway

Beautiful lake house. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Super comfy beds. Loved kayaks, lake view, and nearby Huntsville. We also rented jet skis—so fun! Wish the fish were biting more!

Great cottage and nice lake

Very quiet and private location. All the amenities we needed. We rented a boat and the boat dock was 5 minutes away. We would go back in a heart beat.

Well-appointed roomy comfortable modern cottage.

Monika, the host, was very responsive and helpful. Everything top quality from furnishings, to linens, to deck furniture, to Bosch kitchen applicances, to Napolean barbeque, to cold filtered water supplied via the fridge. Wifi worked well. Complimentary cold beverages available on our arrival was a nice touch. The hot tub was a great feature.

Wonderful Well-Equipped Cottage on Serene Lake

We took a winter trip to this cottage. The beds were comfy and clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and everything worked well. The main floor has an open concept living room with a nice seating area and a table for games, plus a wood stove. There are two ovens, a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges, a wine fridge, and two coffee makers. The hot tub is amazing. There were 3 or more feet of snow when we visited and the owners had hired a snow remover before we arrived. The grounds were beautiful. Totally recommend this place.
