Kirra Gardens 18 is a bright and cheerful unit located opposite Kirra Point with stunning ocean views.
The one bedroom unit (located on the 6th floor) offers reverse cycle air-conditioning in the loungeroom which filters through the unit, keeping it comfortable year round.
The bedroom offers queen bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and the bathroom is neat and tidy with walk in shower and separate toilet.
The open plan living is tiled throughout and offers comfortable lounge and smart TV plus Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher) and features lovely ocean views. There is also a laundry with washing machine & dryer.
Step out to your private balcony with table and chairs and take in the stunning views. This is the perfect spot to check the surf at Kirra point!
Kirra Gardens has secure parking for one car and lift access to all levels. If you are looking for an affordable beachfront unit, this is the perfect place!

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
