Recently renovated, the unit features new flooring throughout, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bright and inviting, the unit accommodates up to 3 guests and features an air-conditioned living room with plush leather armchairs and smart TV with Wi-Fi.

The bedroom offers a queen bed and a single bed and both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.

The unit includes internal laundry facilities and one secure underground parking space for added convenience.

Located within a small complex, Kirra Vista Unit 4 offers access to a pool and secure parking, all within an ideal beachfront location.

Perfect for retirees, couples, and singles alike, it promises a convenient and comfortable beach getaway experience.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property at anytime.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Loved the location, access to nearby eateries, walked the whole time I was there, unit was excellent, loved the quieter laid back scene in Coolangatta, surf, did I mention surf ... just great all round.

Great Location our 3rd time here but no Air Conditioning this time and at 28 to 30c degrees very uncomfortable.took our own lining. Next time we stay here it must have air conditioning. Bed is only double but us being 6ft feet stuck out end of bed.

Convenient location

Best thing about this place is the proximity to the beach. Downside it is very noisy when the windows are open, not much privacy, the managers of the building smoke out the front and it drifts into the apartment. It's old and stuffy and outdated. And you have to supply your own linen!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We will be following up with the body corporate regarding the onsite managers smoking near apartments. As our prices are very competitive for hygiene reasons basic linen is not including however linen packages can be hired locally at a very reasonable cost.
