Very enjoyable stay

The property manager was very accommodating and responsive. The home was nice and the pool and backyard amenities were excellent.

Family get away

We really enjoyed the home! All was clean & nice. The pool & backyard were wonderful!! The manager was very responsive for anything we needed. The white chairs made me a little nervous with young kids, but I covered them with a towel or they sat in the black leather chairs. We would stay again.

A wonderful place for our family reunion. The backyard has many games and a large pool. CJ, the home owner, is a dream to work with.

Outstanding!!

Rowell, Rockwell, and Fate are very charming areas. We were 30-40 min from anyplace we wanted to visit in Dallas. I highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying everything about this home! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/backyard area was amazing! We would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here to others!

Perfect Stay at The Mermaid Inn!

Our group of 6 adults- family & friends- had a great extended weekend staying in Rowlett at the property. It was perfect- we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our host, Casiea, was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs, and was so accommodating. She was wonderful to work with!! This property has lots of spaces for rest & relaxation— a great place to unwind and spend quality time together. It was an easy 30-min drive into Dallas city center, and Rockwall Harbor was just a few minutes away by car & had lots of fun places to eat (recommended by Casiea our host!)

Amazing weekend

My Family enjoy every single day specially the pool , and my husband barbecue fajitas on the patio and everyone have a blast on the first day, It’s very convenient this location , very close to the lake that we went on the second day to enjoy a sunset trip . Very relaxing!
