Luxurious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in the perfect location near Lake Ray Hubbard. Walking distance to downtown Rockwall for shopping and dining and less than 5 minute drive to the local YMCA, Harry Myers Park or Caruth Lake & Park. Home is fully remodeled and features 3 full bedrooms including spacious downstairs master with ensuite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, double vanities, large walk in closet and natural light. Master also has rollaway twin in closet for extra sleeping. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious and share a hallway full bathroom with shower/tub. One bedroom upstairs includes a luxury queen bed with memory foam topper, large dresser and walk in closet. Other bedroom is set up beautifully with 2 full sized beds with quality mattresses and memory foam toppers, night stand and chargers & spacious closet. Living Room features a huge sectional with lots of seating for your group, Smart TV with full cable, and dining area for hosting your family/friends. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay including cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, small appliances and cooking/baking utensils. You'll find a 12 cup drip coffee maker that uses standard filters along with a Keurig that takes standard K-cups. Fridge is full sized with pull out freezer drawer. Tons of cabinet space and pantry for your items. Step out into the backyard oasis and enjoy the luxury of a large pool with fountains pouring out of the stone wall. Right off the fully covered patio, we have an exquisite luxury hot tub with seating for 9. Outdoor area features a smart TV with outdoor seating, coffee table with integrated fire pit, gas grill and yard space. Garage Game Room features a ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, connect 4, ring toss & other games. We have a basketball goal for you in the driveway. Wonderful home! Too cold for pool, but everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean, quite and comfortable home away from home. We've got several Dr and treatment appts coming up in the next couple of months, hope to stay here again as its centrally located between Royse City (family) and Dallas (Drs and procedures). Close enough to interstate for easy access to restaurants and shopping in Rockwall, but far enough away to be quite, cozy and avoid crazy traffic inevitable in that area. So thankful for the stress free lodging expetience that allowed us to focus on family and medical care.

We enjoyed staying at your property, very convenient to our events schedule. The host was VERY responsive to questions we had about our stay. The house had all the amenities as described in the listing.Suggestions - no Kleenex tissues in the house, an extra roll or 2 of TP would be nice, a small folder about local restaurants/attractions, etc would be good and we know it's fall, but there were a lot of leaves in the pool bottom (small thing).

Just for future guests reference based on your comments below we do supply (2) extra rolls of TP in the cabinets above each toilet as well as an extra roll of PT below the kitchen sink. We also have Kleenex out in the living room. I apologize on the leaves in the pool, but you did stay during a storm and that is inevitable sometimes. We try to keep it sparkling clean for our guests 🙂

House was big enough to accommodate our family and it had everything we needed. I was very impressed with the fact that laundry detergent and dish soap were provided as well. Location was great! This was our favorite short term rental we've ever stayed at - it was so comfortable and CLEAN! The pool was beautiful and well maintained; we spent hours every day in the outdoor seating and grilling area; the location was quiet, safe, and convenient; the inside of the home was filled with little details that made our stay so comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home; and the host was easily reachable and proactive to provide everything needed for a great stay. I highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic place

The house was perfect for a family get together. There were great games, pool, hot tub etc. The owners were great and easy to comminicate with. Super convenient location just north of Rockwall square.

My wife and I live in Rockwall/Heath and love the area! We purchased this home to provide a place for travelers to meet up with family/friends, celebrate milestones and special occasions and relax. We have 2 boys who love nature and exploring and who love the area and all it has to offer. Enjoy great dining, the lake, trails, shops and lots of other entertaining attractions. My wife and I are both Engineers from Texas A&M University

We think you'll love the property for so many reasons. It's a great spot walking distance to several parks, the local YMCA and downtown Rockwall where there are lots of amazing shops, restaurants and entertainment. Just 1/4 mile from the lake as well where you can fish or just enjoy a walk by the water. We have a fantastic pool, spa and a great layout in the home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and very private neighborhood great for walking or enjoying time with family.
