The single-story cottage comprises of three cozy bedrooms. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area lead out to the courtyard. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, making it perfect for casual entertaining. The lounge features a pianola for enjoyable singalongs, and there's a laundry area, carport, ceiling fans, split-system air conditioning, and a lovely wood fire for cooler nights. The lounge also has a smart TV, and the property has internet access. The cottage's courtyard is a delightful spot to relax and features a Webber BBQ.
