Wake up to ocean views from every room in this spacious and serene B&B in coveted Deep Cove. Start the day off with an ocean dip, or for a slower start, enjoy a cup of your favourite beverage from the comfort of the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.

This is a beautiful open concept lower level one bedroom, one bathroom B&B. The bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet and sink and is located next to the bedroom.
The bedroom has top quality organic cotton percale sheets and pillows. The outdoor patio also has a dining table and comfortable seating with a view of the water.

Its is a perfect retreat for a couple who wish to take some time to relax and be by the ocean. There is a TV with Google chromecast and an HDMI cable available so you can stream from your own devices.

We live on the upper floor, so noise transfer is inevitable. However, we do try to keep noise to a minimum.

We have a large friendly dog that will want to say hello. If you are not into dogs, please let us know and we will endeavour to keep them out of your way.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the ferries and 10 minutes to the Town of Sidney which has great restaurants and shops.

Beautifully appointed suite with a lovely view over Deep Cove.The dog Rider was an added bonus for us and our hosts were helpful and pleasant.10 minutes or so from Sydney where the shops are fabulous as were the restaurants. An excellent place for few days or longer.We can highly recommend this place .

This is a very special property! A newly created unit, located under the main house, overlooking the bay was absolutely perfect for R&R! It was spotlessly clean with every amenity we needed. Our hosts, Kim and Ralph were friendly and welcoming. And then there was Ryder, a beautiful Bernese Mountain dog (I think), who was our official greeter. It was difficult to leave this morning.

Easy check-in, beautiful ocean view and spacious yet cozy accommodations with a full kitchen. Short drive to Sidney for restaurants and entertainment. Lovely area to walk, ride your bike and explore.
Everything you would need in a kitchen is there.
The chair is a recliner. Very comfy. Nice long comfortable couch. You can stream from your phone onto the TV.
Little desk area for writers.
Firm queen sized bed and little sitting area. Beautiful view from every room.

Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. We were grateful they allowed us to park our truck in their main driveway. Suite is new, clean, spacious and very well appointed. Everything we needed was there; kitchen supplies, linens, soap in the bathrooms, etc. Beautiful view of the water. Quiet neighbourhood with a few water access trails nearby.

Kim’s space is marvelous and if the opportunity presents itself, should be booked without question!My partner and I were looking forward to some R&R after an educator conference in Oregon and we were lucky to stumble onto a slice of heaven in Deep Cove. The space itself is well-appointed with modern updated finishes and a layout that was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable but the view of the cove is absolutely unparalleled. Whether waking in the morning and opening the window shades, cozying up on the couch, or kicking back on the Adirondack chairs outside, the proximity to the waterfront was truly a treat to enjoy, especially at sunset, We sat outdoors as the well after dusk as the stars appeared contemplating what we could do to move (from Maui) to Deep Cove. Ending the evening and beginning the day with this million dollar view was beyond comparison and I have already recommended a trip to Vancouver Island to Deep Cove and Sydney to friends who have plans to travel to Victoria with the hopes that Kim’s space is available so they too can enjoy the bliss we experienced.Mahalo Kim!

Wonderful

The unit is just as shown on line. It is very well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. You can’t beat the view from the unit out over Deep Cove. It was about a Ten minute drive into Sidney which was great to explore with lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

A great stay in Deep Cove

We had a wonderful time in this excellent location. The view of the cove and the local boats is very relaxing, and the suite is extremely well done and appointed.As dog people we especially enjoyed the occasional visit from Ryder. The main purpose of our visit was to visit Butchart Gardens, and it's quite easy to get there from this rental.

Beautiful view

The view of the cove is even better than the pictures. What surprised us the most was just how well equipped the kitchen was. It was well beyond what we expected since we did not see detailed pictures of it from the VRBO website. Everything was very, very clean. You do hear loudly foot steps above you and they start very early in the morning, but we had similar experiences many other times at even brand new condos and hotels. Our five night stay was very good.

Peaceful waterfront apartment

The accomodation and setting was as advertised, with a nice view of the bay, very pleasant hosts and a very friendly Burnese Mountain Dog. We stayed for 6 nights while we visited friends and hiked, so we were not at the apartment other than in the morning and evening. There was some noise from the the hosts living area above during waking hours (mainly the dog moving around on hardwood floors), which I believe others may have mentioned, but it was quiet when we went to bed and in any case were not noises that annoyed us.

So Very Enjoyable

The overall condition, cleanliness, layout, view and responsiveness of the owners could not have been better. Convenient kitchen, ample bathroom, comfortable sitting area and a view unsurpassed. The view from the sitting area inside and out was superb. And not to forget the amazing view from the bedroom as well. Everything worked! We spent two weeks in serene, ocean front accommodation. Thanks !

Great stay!

Enjoyed our 3 days here, even saw the Northern lights one nite! Great location with easy access to Sidney. Very clean, lovely views and nice amenities. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

Warm beautiful place with serene view.. beautiful furnished , has everything you need. Comfy bed . Only problem was the excessive noise due to poor sound proofing in the house. We were woken up early from upstairs toilet and shower noise . Also and could hear every dog step ( although we loved that super chill dog)the house was quiet not too late in the evening but if you need a nap in the day it would not be a good place or if you want to sleep in.My daughter was recovering from surgery and after 3 nights she left exhausted . The hosts were super nice and we loved we loved everything else!

The accommodations were nicely decorated and very clean Everything you might need to relax or cook Several restaurants In Sydney only 15. Minutes from the place No real way to get to the water but we found other beaches. Lots of good walks

Appeared newly renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to shopping and the Butchart Gardens and airport. TV, but you must stream. Beautiful view of the cove and mountain. It’s an island, and nothing is too far away.

Perfect for 2

The suite was perfect, well appointed with a very comfortable bed and lovely view from the massive windows! You definitely hear the sounds from upstairs, especially the dog’s feet (he is beautiful and friendly!) There isn’t “beach access” from the unit, but you can get down to the water level. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a residential neighbourhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is great walking loops and various public access places to the ocean. During low tides you can even hang out on the beach and watch the waves and ocean life.
