The living room also features a comfortable sofa and chairs, a large flat-screen TV with streaming services, and high-speed WiFi throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up a delicious feast. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• Outdoor pool open June to September.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check-in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
