The dining area comfortably seats eight, creating the perfect gathering space after a day on the slopes or trails.

The main level offers two spacious king bedrooms. The primary suite features a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious double-wide whirlpool tub and peaceful forest views, while the second king bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and convenient access to a full bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience throughout your stay.

The loft level serves as a private retreat with a queen bed and an attached bathroom featuring a private sauna, the perfect place to relax after skiing, hiking, or mountain biking.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
