Great views

We enjoyed our stay at Kokomo and we always love being about to bring our dog along with us. The ocean views and ocean breeze were stunning. Perfect location with direct beach access, short walk to the river and cafe and short drive to the pub. Check in process was easy. We unfortunately were not provided with any bath towels and the listing doesn’t state that you need to provide your own. I tried contacting the property manage via text and the app but never received a response so we had to buy overpriced and poor quality beach towels from the general store for our stay. The fridge is not very cold. We had to buy ice a couple of times to keep all of our cold food and drinks cold. The back yard pictured in the listing isn’t fully enclosed for dogs. The smaller front yard is however the fence is quite makeshift and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our dog outside unattended.

Beautiful little retro pad

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this place. Waking up to that view was amazing. Place was very comfortable and tidy. Enjoyed my stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a couple who have stayed in quite a few wooli holiday locations, we simply loved Kokomo from the photos, the location and the description. This old beauty delivered and we couldn't have been happier! Dog friendly, sensational views' the beach on the doorstep,the river just across the road. I reccomed Kokomo for its comfy bed, lovely bed linen, spacious and charming kitchen which is really well stocked with everything you could need, there were two push-bikes to use, the fire pit to sit out by at happy hour. Tip..byo wood. We will certainly book Emily's holiday home again.5
