Experience the ultimate stay at our unique, 3-bedroom Oasis moments from the Brisbane CBD. Beautifully presented with modern, new decor, this house is a must-stay for your next Brisbane trip.
Accommodating up to 9 guests, this gorgeous inner city property, has been recently renovated, furnished to perfection, and boasts city views and celebrates all that Brisbane has to offer.
With 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this property celebrates all that an inner city suburb of Brisbane has to offer. Enjoy time off with the family, and choose to relax on the deck of the large outdoor area, have a hit of tennis on the shared tennis court, and relax in the private heated spa with fencing to keep kids safe.
This property provides the perfect retreat to unwind and escape the city, whilst still being a stone's-throw away from the action, in the wonderful suburb of Tarragindi.
Bedding configurations are as followed sleeps 9
Master Bedroom 1:
1x King Bed
Bedroom 2 :
1x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 : Bunk bed
1x single over double bunk
Queen sofa bed in living area, sleeps 2.
Property features include:
- 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Expansive open plan living
- Well equipped modern kitchen, appliances, coffee pod machine, and more.
- Multitude of indoor/outdoor living and dining options.
- Large covered BBQ area near the heated spa
- Full size tennis court shared with the house at the front
- Brand new Samsung 65 inch 4k tv with Netflix
- Air conditioning throughout the entire property.
- 1 car park in garage
- Possible parking for 2 cars in the driveway (driveway is quite steep)
- 4 cars off street. (Based on availability)
- Hotel-quality linen provided upon arrival.
NOTE: The tennis court lights is not to be used past 8pm include that music used when on tennis court must not be loud
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

Guests have access to all areas except some marked owners cupboards.
- As a rule we only take families.
- The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
- A pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to check-in.
- tennis court must be lights out at 9pm
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit $1000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
