This was a great house for our extended weekend stay in Bentonville. It was close to the downtown square, Crystal Bridges museum and many walking/running trails. The house had everything that we needed. It was hot so we didn't get to utilize the cute backyard, but if we ever return in the cooler months of the year we will definitely look for this place again. My only complaint was because there weren't any curtains in bedrooms, it got light really early in the morning. It made it hard to sleep in.

The house was conveniently located by a few trails and close enough to downtown and Slaughter Pen. It was particularly close to the start of a bike event we were in town for. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!

1207 Spring St - Bentonville - Great Place to Stay

1207 Spring St was the perfect place for us to stay while in Bentonville. The house is clean, updated and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville.

Great little place!

Cute place! Great location. We enjoyed it although we weren’t there much of the time. We loved how close it was to the momentary And farmers market! We did have trouble with the lights and fan in the bunk room. Needed a new battery. Wish we could have had time to enjoy the cute fire pit area! My only suggestions would be, Maybe you could addA mirror or two outside of the bathrooms for people to get ready in.

Book this cute VRBO!

What a delightful place to stay. The home has been recently remodeled with cheerful color and thoughtful design. The quiet location of small houses was perfect - right off HWY 49 and minutes from downtown Bentonville. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms. We didn't cook during our short stay, but it appeared there were ample pots/pans/utensils for whatever you might need. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay here again when in the area.

Great Location

Everything the Bentonville area has to offer was easily accessible from this location, and having the attached garage was a nice advantage given the cold weather.

Bentonville gem

This cozy, house was perfect for our family of 4. It’s close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The couch and beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner was super responsive and flexible when we needed to extend our trip due to weather. Will stay here again!

Bentonville Christmas Vacation

When planning our trip to Bentonville over Christmas to visit Crystal Bridges and neighboring towns, we needed a place to stay for a week.We always look for value when planning our trips and places to stay. The images of the house on the VRBO site were very appealing, and the cost for our stay was affordable. The house had everything we were looking for. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a nice family room, made us feel at home. We also had a nice garage to park the car.The house appears to have been remodeled, with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures. I have remodeled my own house and know the amount of work it takes to make it right. This remodel was superb. The location of the house made it easy to get to downtown Bentonville, and being close to I-49 made it easy to get to Rogers, Fayetteville, and beyond.Communicating with Steve was very easy, and he was very prompt with his replies. If in the area, we would defintely stay here again.

Perfect!

This house was very cozy. We loved having the ability to go out in the back on a cool night and make s’mores. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will rent again in the future.
