Bentonville Trip

The location of the property was convenient to getting to where we wanted to go. I probably wouldn't stay there again though due to several things that just weren't up to my expectations.

We take pride in providing everything we advertise plus some. We are always available to assist when something unexpected fails or is lacking. This reservation was no exception. Unfortunately, this guest was displeased with an endless list of items and refused our assistance but complained her entire stay. She disliked the check in (because she didn't read the check in instructions with door code), the coffee maker (because she forgot how to use the Keurig), coffee filters (because she thought they were the wrong size), she felt that there wasn't enough towel hanging space (we have at least 16 hooks/racks between two bathrooms and three bedrooms). She also booked, had to cancel for nonpayment, booked again, then needed to change the dates a few times, etc. It was a very chaotic experience dealing with a guest that seems confused by every detail of the reservation and staying in someone else's home. I hope that she and future hosts have a better experience in the future.

House was clean and inviting. Neighborhood was appropriate and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay in this house again.

This place was awesome for my husband and I and our two adult sons who came to Bentonville to mountain bike. The home has easy access to the trails. It is very nice and comfortable. It is one of the best stocked VRBO's we've rented. It had everything we needed. The only thing we had wished for were bike racks in the garage. My husband noticed some in boxes so I'm guessing that is the plan. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly what we needed it to be. The only "issue" we had with it were the outdoor lights on the house. While they made it easy to find the house in the dark, it was not helpful when trying to sleep. The blue blinking/flashing reflecting off the walls even with the blinds being down was reminiscent of police car lights. So bring a eye mask. Overall, very nice place.

Clean but needed a few things

It was clean and good location. It was missing some things and many little things that needed to be fixed. - the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and kept falling to the ground so didn't have any where to hang towels. - blinds in the kitchen window very loose, tried to open to get in light and they fell off the brackets. - we cooked yet limited on pans. Please add more good cooking quality pans. - No extra blankets just the ones on the beds, it would have been great for some of us run cold and wanted more blankets. -

I believe this guest had a hard time finding all that we offer. We have over 16 additional hooks/racks in the home for hanging towels and clothing. We have repaired the loose screw on the towel rack and offered to do so while the guest was staying but she declined our offer. Each bed has a full set of linens that include two blankets but the guest adjusted the AC to 64 degrees. We also provide throws for the living room. The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, 4 skillets, casserole baking dishes, and much more. I am truly baffled that she was unable to find any of these items she needed.
