The Cottage has been renovated and styled with a modern equestrian theme honouring its past lives as a sheep station and later, a racehorse stud. The cottage has a modern, bright and clean interior while the exterior has been spruced up but still retains its old world rustic charm.
Enjoy the peace and privacy with modern conveniences while being close to Mount Gambier. With enough room to bring your boat, motorbike trailer or even your horse! Some other must see and do’s within a 5-20 minute drive are Port MacDonnell (for all of your rock lobster needs), Ewens Ponds, Piccaninnie Ponds conservation park, Penambol Conservation Park, Little Ripper Brewery and The Barn Steakhouse.

The cottage is a renovated 1940's shearers quarters & it's absolutely charming. It's also very comfortable & in a great location. We loved it.

It was better than expected and what we saw on the pictures. We all enjoyed our stay, nice, clean quiet and peace. My only suggestion would be, if the owner could add kitchen stove, then it would be great.

Lovely country cottage

Loved staying in this great cottage. So much peace and quiet, with the birds being the only thing to wake you in the morning. Only a short distance from everything at Mount Gambier tourist attractions

Great place to stay!

We loved the property! It was set in lush farm land and was a very relaxing place to stay. It was nicely furnished and set up well. The hosts were very friendly and it is only a short drive to the Mt Gambier township. We highly recommend staying here.

Lovely cottage, beautiful setting.

We had come to the SE for an auntie’s memorial. Green Point Cottage gave us an opportunity to relax in a peaceful environment. The cottage is delightful and comfortable. Melissa is a great host. Answered all my messages promptly and when we met her, she was very welcoming and friendly. A great place to stay. I cannot praise it enough.
