Lovely place, very clean. We wanted a spot close to the amphitheater and we walked to our show in less than 5 mins. Excellent response time from hosts when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great view of the lake! That alone would be worth returning for.The 3rd floor apartment was clean, spacious, and well appointed as well as being in a really good location for access to the lake. It was a great bonus for the balcony to be safe for our toddlers.Being on the top floor meant no noise from neighbors above, and we didn't notice noise from neighbors beside or below.Unfortunately the on-site pool was being renovated so we didn't have access to that, but we had a great stay here nevertheless.

Thanks for the 4‑star review. Glad Lake Cliffe B305’s lake view, clean and spacious layout, safe balcony for your toddlers, and top‑floor location worked well for your stay and made access to the lake easy. Sorry the on‑site pool was under renovation during your visit — glad it didn’t overshadow an otherwise great stay. Hope to host you again and earn that 5th star. — Great Western Lodging

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry the grill shown in the listing photos wasn’t on the patio during your stay — that should have been accurate. Most HOAs are beginning to ban grills because of the fire-risk and we missed getting this updated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can earn a 5‑star stay.

Amazing condo with an amazing view. The only gripe was that the fireplace didn't work, and we couldn't figure out the shower in the bunkbed room. Probably operator error. It didn't matter because the kids wanted to use the steam shower in the master anyway. The pool and hot tub were mid.

Thanks for the 5-star review. Glad you enjoyed the condo and the view. Sorry the fireplace didn’t work and for the confusion with the bunkroom shower — we’ll review the instructions and check the unit to make sure everything is operating properly. Happy the kids enjoyed the master steam shower. Appreciate the feedback on the pool and hot tub; we’ll pass that along to the property team. We’d be happy to host you again.

Awesome Apartment, Dysfunctional Office Staff

The apartment was clean and comfy, and the view outside was amazing. Parking was right out front and was so close to all the mountains we wanted to ski. Dillon, Silverthorne, and frisco were all very cool areas. We enjoyed the stay. However the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. The property management company

Great view

Very clean, all the things we needed as far as dishes, soaps and bath essentials. Cable tv was great for football! Awesome shower that doubles as a steam room! Pool and hot tub were closed with very short notice, toddler wasnt happy about that. But we will definitely be back!

Great View

The space and view were great! The place was well furnished with kitchen items, a fan and humidifiers in the closet, and linens. It would have been great to know ahead of the day of check in that the condo had an outside entry up two flights of outdoor stairs. I have a hard time with the elevation, so it was difficult to climb the stairs, but I did make it. Had I been elderly or disabled and completely unable to take the stairs, I would have been stuck trying to find an accessible place to stay at the last minute and potentially been out the rental fee. The place was updated and decorated nicely, but the bed in the master bedroom was so hard that we both ended up sleeping on the couch for a night or two.
