The entrance to Walt Disney World is only 4 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY192 are within a short drive. You will feel like you are entering a cottage when you arrive at your Town Home. Seven Dwarfs offers beautifully landscaped grounds, uniquely styled buildings, and lovely gathering & picnic areas throughout the resort.

The spacious townhome accommodates 6 guests comfortably and offers all the conveniences of 'home' with a fully stocked kitchen, full-sized appliances, and granite countertops. Dinnerware and Cookware are provided along with the small appliances for your convenience.

The living room provides comfortable over-stuffed furniture, and a large flat-screen TV equipped with cable service viewing so you may enjoy your favorite shows on your 'non-park' days.

Staying in this property gives you automatic access to ALL of the resort facilities. There is a great clubhouse and recreation center including a comfortable lounge room, game room, fitness center, reading area, business center with high-speed internet connection, and library. The resort is gated and guarded 24/7. The centerpiece is the huge heated swimming pool with a wrap-around sundeck and dynamic water features. There is an area fishing pond, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts as well as a special play area for our younger visitors.

Second time at the complex

So close to Disney parks and very reasonable rates with plenty to do for kids. We will ne back when the 3rd family of grandkids are old enough to visit.

We loved our stay in the villas! It was clean, nice and very spacious. The pool and bar area was awesome as well! Very friendly staff!

Nice stay

We stayed here 5 years ago. and my kids wanted to go back again here because they had so good memories about this place. The apartment is nice. Two good bedrooms for my kids. Nice pool area. I have no problem recommending a stay here.

I would stay again

The townhouse was clean and easy to find. Quick walk to the pool. Beds were super comfy. My only complaints is that they charge extra for a grill. I didn’t know that when I booked but that’s probably negligence on my end before booking. Also the toilets clog so easily. Just with only toilet paper I had to plunge the toilet twice. Made me nervous I would have to pay an extra fee if I needed someone to come out. Also lots of things were broken. Nothing major just the doors were off the closets in 2 of the rooms(broke of off the tracks) the handles in the kitchen were loose and would come off. The chains from the fans came right off. All and all I would stay here again, it was clean, and convenient, and priced right.

Long weekend stay

Very Clean, in fact, the carpets had just been shampooed found still soaking wet and strong shampoo odor. Cleaning company left their dirty linens behind the OPEN door and when i called to inquire there was no answer nor an option to leave voicemail. Check in was unusual- found the door open, no key fob in lock boxes, there are 2 lockboxes btw, not indicated which one takes the code provided in checkin instructions. We had to call in help from the guard- Larry. Who should get a raise for all the assistance he provides and his pleasant demeanor. Amenities are great, check out requirements were clear and easy, location perfect for all things Disney. Beds were very comfy.

Needs Some Work

First off- the location was great. Within 20 minutes of Disney and Universal Studios so it met our needs in this area perfectly. We spent little time in the actual space since we left before 9am and returned after 9pm. The kitchen had enough items to cook breakfast each morning. There is 1 drawer that no longer has a back so utensils just fall out the back into the lower cabinet. Overall, the beds were good enough for crashing hard each night after being in the parks all day. One twin bed has a sheet of plywood under the mattress probably due to a broken box spring. Major downside- the AC system does not work properly and leaks into the primary bedroom. The carpet along that wall was soaking wet. It continuously turns on and off after about 30 seconds of blowing cold air. It was making banging noises, which kept waking us up. Someone has been aware of the leaking issue as there was an old yellowed towel where the system is. Because of the leaking, there must be mold. My family and I were very congested with sore throats each morning after sleeping in the musty air. Also, the main door handle falls off every time you close the door. This location is perfect, but the space definitely needs some help!

Super Resort!

We had a great stay for 9 nights! Perfect for our family of 5. Kids slept upstairs and loved the extra sink outside the washroom. The resort area with workout gym, indoor games, and outdoor courts were used by us all! Pool was so nice and warm with it being a cooler week. Hot tub was amazing and nice way to wind down after busy days. Loved that we saw an alligator on our last day. Volleyball almost hit the gator, but my daughter got it before it got too close. Twin beds a bit squeaky and uncomfortable, but kids don’t mind those things as much and slept well! We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness… long hairs in sheets upstairs, m&m candy against trim boards in downstairs bedroom, as well as some dead bugs in the bedroom. Not a thorough vacuum job. Dining room table was set, but the placements and table runner were dirty. There was no dish cloth, so we used a washcloth. The microwave vent fan worked, but didn’t do what it should. Perhaps it was plugged and needed a thorough clean. These were all minor things, but just some things we noticed. The whole unit could use a thorough clean and update.

Place had roaches

Directions to get there was easy. Check in was smooth. When first entering the building, everything looked nice and clean. However, my second night there I was going to clean the dishes we used. When I looked under the counter under the sink there was something under the matting of the cabinet. When I pulled it up it was a dead roach. When I pulled more of it up, I found more roaches. That freaked me out of course. So, I know roaches love appliances like stoves. So, I pulled the bottom drawer out of the stove and found a roach trap with roaches all over it and left over foods that looked like it had just been swept under the stove. I looked more and found another dead one on the kitchen counter under the toaster. I emailed the contact for the unit and sent pictures. They emailed me back telling me sometimes things break at these units but would send someone to fix it. I explained that nothing was broke but they had bugs. They then sent someone the next day to spray the place and said they found the bugs, but nothing was alive. We got home that night, and my son saw one crawling. So, I packed my bags and left 4 nights early. I hope I didn't bring any home with us. I don't see how you charge a cleaning fee and leave bugs in the kitchen area of all places. I would never stay in this place again. The group does contact you quickly and seem nice, but I just can't stay in a place with roaches. Everything else about the place was great. If you would like pics I have those.

Great Vacation

We loved the property and location of what we needed to be close to. It was clean and well equipped with whatever we needed rather for the pool or the beach. It also had plenty of towels for showers and pools. I would recommend this location.

Stay in seven dwarfs

Everything was a nice stay they had a good amount of towels and blankets not any cleaning supplies to keep up the house. The air mattress in the closet smelled like cigarettes and the tv in the two win bedroom never worked since the moment we got there. However all the other tvs worked and the complex had a lot of nice amenities for the kids so I maybe would stay here again however I will be checking if tvs work from the first day.

Dissatisfied for price we paid

Cleanliness was not good and I have pictures. Sent them to people and no response from anyone , master bedroom tv didn’t work when we got there and took several days to get some to look at it , they made sure you couldn’t use hot tub, upstairs bathroom tub was slow so you couldn’t take a bath, had to wash all pots and pans food stuck on them, tried to find home owner to no prevail. Would like cleaning fee returned , we have been going to seven dwarfs for 8 years and this will be our last. Carpets were filthy , found skeleton of a geico on window sill in living room Well enough said.
