Just minutes to Peninsula Hot Springs, this light, airy beach house is ideally located between the calm turquoise waters of Port Phillp Bay and the crashing waves of the Peninsula's best ocean beaches. Enjoy a good book, a glass of wine, or share a meal with family and friends on the wide timber deck.

Please note there is no fencing at the front or side of the property. The property is, however, bordered by tall trees which attract birds native to the area.

Family girls trip

This was such a lovely place to stay for a family girls weekend away at the hot springs. The shops and beach are only a short drive away and the hot springs arr only 4 minutes as well. The property is very clean, lots of space, and the kitchen has everything you need.

Our host was welcoming, the instructions were clear and the place was spotless. It was easy to park and unload. Pretty outlook. Fabulous big table. Good wifi.The only small problems were no tin opener and no iron.

Nice holiday

We enjoyed staying in the house. It has 4 comfortable rooms with big beds which is quite hard to find in the area because most big houses have one room with bunk beds which we couldn't use. We liked the kitchen and outdoor area (with ripe fruits) as well. Host responded to all our questions quickly and we got a bottle of wine on arrival. We appreciate that. We can recommend the house for people coming for holidays in Rye.
