Jingwei was an exceptional host. Upon sending a message, Jingwei responded promptly. The sitting room was spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. While parking space in the back was a tight fit for a larger vehicle, parking out front worked out just fine. Although the accommodation is not situated in the heart of downtown or the historic Old Montreal district, its accessibility was highly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place is ok. But the dishwasher needs a tune-up and the showers weren't clean to our satisfaction. The parking for one car is tight.

Good Condo for the price

We were a group of 5. Two bathrooms was a plus, beds are comfortable and good space . We have some free slipers and free toothbrush ,it was nice to do that. The only think we didn't like the fact when we arrived found the kitchen towel was soaked and it was hanging in the kitchen stove together with a cleaning rug don't know if it was used to clean the floor. Anyway will be nice to have a kitchen towel to dry our dishes because we use all the paper towel and also to have some placemats for the table. I will came back again to this place! . Thank you for having us!

Appartment as per description. Needs more cleaning, there are spiders web and garbage behind the fridge and under the furniture, hair inthebeds.

Nice house and great location!

Nice house in a centralized location. 3 blocks from the metro station and close to everything. The two bathrooms are on the smaller size but it's an older home. The property owner was very responsive to any queries. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 there again and I would recommend

Montreal visit

Very good location for seeing Montreal because it is easy walk to subway/metro and one main point of interest Saint Joseph Oratory on Mont Royal. Even if you are not religious this place is a must visit. Shopping is good downtown but restaurants are better to drive to as not many close by. The kitchen is well equipped but we only had breakfast there. Home is located in nice area of city.

Great location! Nice and quiet neighbourhood.

We had a great stay! Very good price. Nice touches with the Nespresso machine, extra toothbrushes, slippers. Beds were comfortable. And so close to the metro station.

Good for the money

The location is great... Had a little goodies, like sleeper, toothbrushes with toothpaste ... But cockroaches in the bathrooms, the toilets were dirty, and the floor as well. But something that the owner can fix easy! I hope they will doing something soon.

Very small bathroom and broken windows

Ridiculous how this apartment was listed. One room is too small with a broken window. Bathrooms too small. No AC but they don’t even provide fans. After requested, provided a fan that needed installation! Not enough towels provided. I left my iPhone charger and when I contacted him he told me it’s not there! Old apartment with old stuffs and dirty. I took many pictures and need to upload to show. I need money back please!
