• This large, completely renovated apartment contains four closed bedrooms:

- A first large, very bright bedroom with a king bed opening directly onto Rue Sainte-Catherine
- A second including a single bed and an office space
- A third including a queen bed and a rack to store your clothes
- A fourth including a queen bed with a spacious closet

• The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and is fully equipped for you to cook your favourite dishes. Dishes, cookware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and essential food items are provided so you don't miss a thing. In addition, a coffee machine with a few capsules is at your disposal for your sleepy mornings. There is a café and a Moroccan restaurant located on the ground floor with also a small fruit and vegetable counter.

• The dining room is spacious and the table can accommodate 8 people, which will allow you to easily enjoy your family meals.

• In the living room you will find a sofa that transforms into a queen bed in the evening; you will be able to watch good films comfortably. Two retro arcade games, Golden Tee Classic and Attack From Mars, will entertain young and old alike looking for a little competition.

• You will have access to numerous board games to brighten up your evenings!

• The accommodation contains a washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet accessible from the dining room!

• The accommodation has an ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection which will allow you to work efficiently or organize your stay without worrying about connectivity.

• You will have the possibility to rent the garage to store your car. It has a LEVEL 2 30 amp electric charging station.
