This bright and modern townhouse is the perfect central city escape. It features three spacious double bedrooms that have been luxuriously appointed, along with three full bathrooms. With central heating/cooling, a private balcony and a secure single garage, this property provides the ultimate combination of peace, privacy, and convenience.
The living and dining areas are on the first floor, with the second floor hosting two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). The ground floor offers the internal access garage as well as the third bedroom and bathroom.
Situated directly across from Latimer Square, it is the ideal home for professionals, families, and urban-focused travellers alike offering instant access to a wide range of bars, cafes, retail outlets, and public transportation.
Please note: this property is spread across three floors with all living areas on the first floor. This property may not be suitable for people who cannot easily use stairs.
Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass. Our house rules are located in our guestbook and your service agreement which will be sent to you via email. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the property. It was better than described, very clean, everything we needed, very responsive hosts, and not to mention a great location - blocks from downtown so easy to walk wherever!. When we return, we'll be staying here again without a doubt.
Property good but payment methods / approach very poor. Asked for fixed waver or larger refundable waver electronically just before access granted. Plus stated risk of $200 cleaning charge. We left property cleaner than we found it ! We should not be charged tbc
