This bright and modern townhouse is the perfect central city escape. With central heating/cooling, a private balcony and a secure single garage, this property provides the ultimate combination of peace, privacy, and convenience.
Situated directly across from Latimer Square, it is the ideal home for urban-focused travellers offering instant access to the best of Christchurch city.
This property features three spacious double bedrooms along with three full bathrooms. The living and dining areas are on the first floor, with the second floor hosting two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). One of the upper bedrooms conveniently has two king single beds, perfect for the kids. The ground floor offers the internal access garage as well as the third bedroom and bathroom.
Guest Access:
Please note: This property may not be suitable for people who cannot easily use stairs.
This property has a private entrance with and electric lock.

Located in the heart of Christchurch City, this property is a short walk to inner city nightlife, restaurants and One Stadium.
Getting Around:
