The ground floor encompasses an open plan arrangement of the kitchen, living, and dining spaces that lead to a private courtyard, fully enclosed for privacy. Within the living area, there's a sofa bed available for a third guest (with an associated extra charge). Moving to the upper level (1st floor), you'll find a nook for all your study and work needs and the bedroom adorned with a spacious Queen Bed, accompanied by a well-appointed full bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a beautifully tiled shower, a bidet, and an elegant vanity.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check-outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours. The extra cost is to cover express cleaning. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Apartment has all the amenities you need, very clean and only a short work to the city centre to see all the sights.Property manager was amazing to deal with, very friendly with quick communication.We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay and will definitely be back. Thanks

End unit was great as we were able to securely store our bicycles in the yard. Very quiet unit location at night, though fair bit of construction noise through the day. A bit frustrating in communicating with manager about missing green bin - asking us to check for it outside multiple times when we said it wasn't there. Issue did not get resolved before our stay ended.

The townhouse property is the end unit of a group and accessed via a lovely garden pathway, it was peaceful and quiet. The property had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and some thoughtful touches to cover guests needs. My adult son travelled with me, so having a quality sofa bed was great. The upstairs bed was so lush! We had dogs on the stay, the fenced yard was perfect and also the location near a small park and minutes from Hagley park contributed to our wonderful stay. Car parking was also easy to find close by on the street. Host contact was perfect, and there was regular contact to see how our stay was going - thanks team
