Airy and bright, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house within (very close) walking distance of Boomerang Beach (~150m).
Surrounded by native landscaped gardens (attracting many beautiful native birds). Ideal for two families or a group of mature friends.

It is So Close to the beach - just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Located in a super quiet little pocket of North Boomerang. We're going for a 'comfy' and relaxed vibe with the house. Evening sundowners on the deck are non-negotiable! Then, let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep at night.

We had a great stay at Spinakker 1. The house is nice and bright, well equipped and located a short troll from the Beach.

Boomerang Beach
Undoubtedly the jewel in the Pacific Palms surfing crown, Boomerang Beach proudly holds the mantle of being the best surf beach in this picturesque region. Showcased by its sweeping arc of golden sand, (hence the name Boomerang Beach) it plays host to major surfing competitions each year, with the rock ledge formations helping to create superb surf conditions. Water enthusiasts will also enjoy the playful dolphins and migrating whales while anglers will relish being able to take advantage of the beach and rock fishing on offer. Promising a spectacular sunrise, ideal swimming conditions and protection from prevailing winds, you’ll enjoy the year-round sunshine on offer at Boomerang Beach.

Endless summer feeling

Cool surf house only metres from the beach next too a stunning headland. Watching surfers do there thing and hearing the sound of the ocean all night long is just perfect.

Spinnaker 1 - Great Stay

We were really impressed with the Spinnaker 1 accommodation. It had absolutely everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. There was a wide selection of books and magazines to read, music CD's to listen to and DVD's to watch. Also, a variety of board games were supplied. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary items including cooking books! There was a BBQ on the back veranda which was very clean. The location was walking distance to the beach and only a short drive to Forster - Tuncurry. The place was tastefully decorated including some amazing surfing prints. We will be booking again for next year. And the bonus for us was the beautiful weather.

We really enjoyed our stay here. House is a couple of minutes just around the corner from beach track to north end of boomerang. House is well equipped with all the kitchen things you would need, and dvd etc. Would stay there again. need a car to get to Blueys and shops
