A comfortable and relaxing stay in a much loved beachside residence

Although the weather wasn't kind to us as it rained a lot, we didn't mind being indoors as the house is so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Fantastic beach getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Boomer's beach house, everything we needed was there. Very handy to blueys beach shops. The only thing that disappointed was we thought there was a track to beach, but we needed to walk down the road, not that difficult. Can highly recommend this accommodation.

Boomer's Beach House

Perfect location perched on headland between Boomerang and Bluey's beaches, which provided easy access to both. Uninterrupted stunning view of Boomerang beach and takes on an almost consistent sea breeze. Fully equipped kitchen that caters for all needs. T The host, Tony, is very responsive and helpful.

Luxury location on a budget

The property has beach views that can be seen from an enormous deck that has been designed to take in all views while sitting in deck chairs. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area are perfect for a large group. The lounge area is raised so you can still see the beach from the lounge. There is lots of interesting quirky art pieces all around the house. Overall, it is a relaxing, cosy, and comfortable holiday space. We will be returning again!

Boomers Beach House stay

Great house for our family & friends beach holiday break. House is all clean, spacious, secure and well suited to family stayz. Boomerang Beach South is a 2 minute stroll down the hill while the shops & cafes are an easy 5 minute stroll up the hill. Communication with property owner friendly and straightforward.

Great spot

Really good position, overlooking Boomerang Beach. Short (5min) walk to shops. House was clean. Downstairs a little musty - presumably because it has been so rainy recently. There's also lots of quirky stuff in the house. Was slightly confused by the deck. Looks like another room might be going in there but currently looks like a building site. Parking wise, there are 2 parking spots but you can only fit a smallish car in the garage ( we fit an older style Xtrail in there but had no hope with a larger SUV). Also, when you first arrive, watch out for the turning which is on a fairly tight bend. Quite easy to miss (look out for the big surfboard sign). Not a lot of storage space (for clothes etc) in the downstairs room. Also only one bathroom upstairs (being shared by 1 double room and the bunk room). The other bathroom is an ensuite off the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen pretty well equipped (a big baking tray would have been good bit other than that, we had everything we needed). All in all, a pretty good spot. Host very responsive too.

Great property

Fantastic house with beautiful views of Boomerang Beach and surrounds. Huge lovely deck to soak up the sunshine and gorgeous sunsets. Lots of attention put into the house decorations and artworks, and to make the most of the views. Also beautifully landscaped with all rooms having a lovely outlook. Great 2 min walk to several awesome dining options. Tony was always helpful and super quick to respond and address any questions. Didn't want to leave, would definitely stay again!

Having worked in travel and tourism for all my adult career, I understand what people want and enjoy in a holiday house and destination.

Why they chose this property

I've always loved the Pacific Palms coast beaches and wanted a house that looked north up the beach and not east out to an ocean view that is just a blue line. When I found Boomers Beach House it was in a perfect location between Boomerang Beach and Blueys Beach. Nestled on the headland and facing north, the house looks up Boomerang Beach and is a warm sun trap during the cooler months making the house a year round holiday beach house. This was and is the beach house for me and I hope for you too.

What makes this property unique

Year round warmth facing north and protected from the southerly winds. With sand, surf, beach and ocean views, what a way to spend the day lounging on our sun loungers on the deck and firing up the BBQ for lunch and diner.
