Cozy Guest cottage waterfront with screened in gazebo

Newly finished guesthouse with gorgeous kitchen and bathroom on scenic Bird River in the Canadian Shield. Master bedroom has shared ensuite with hallway. Pellet stove for cool days/ nights. BBQ on small deck beside porch. On highest point on the road with beautiful views. Every window has tree’d views. Water views through the trees. Close to hiking trails and water tube parks, Old Pinawa Dam, and a large suspension bridge trail. Also between two great golf courses Granite Hills & Pinawa.Great trails for snowmobiles in the winter. There is an ice rink with lights and a warm up shack with a wood stove as conditions permit. There are also some walking trails on the river as well as cross country ski trails in the area.
Main cottage on property is located below guesthouse. Water access is a short fairly steep walk down the hill past the main cottage. Not recommended for the elderly or those with difficulty walking. There is a dock available with all water recreation amenities located nearby at the water’s edge. There is great fishing off the dock in June!
Tall Timber is not far with full selection of beer, wine, or spirits as well as limited food and snacks, as well as bait for fishing.
