• Visitors are not permitted on the property with limited exceptions (please notify me beforehand). Absolutely no gatherings.
• Quiet hours in place from 11pm - 8am.
• No pets. In the interest of hygiene and preserving the quality of the furnishings, I have a strict no pet policy.
• Maximum total occupancy is 2people.

The above house rules are common in most properties. Severe breaches of any of the above rules will lead to a cancellation of the reservation with no refund issued. This is a mature, safe and ultra quiet neighbourhood. As a responsible host and good neighbour, I would like it to remain that way.
