Overall great experience. There were issues when we got there with showers and smells. The shower in the master bathroom would not drain and the gues bathroom on the second floor had an awful smell that continued to get worse from when we got there to when we left. There is potential mold growth in the bathrooms as well. I do believe this place is nice but there are issues with the cabin itself.

Wonderful family vacation stay!

Great setup for those needing 6 bedrooms. Very convenient that each one had its own bathroom. Spacious kitchen/dining/living area with lots of bar space and seating. Centrally located for Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg.Visiting black bears added excitement; adult supervision is needed when kids are outdoors as one came up on the porch.Having a washer and dryer was handy. A second refrigerator would have been nice with 26 people.

Wonderful Experience

We had to find a new cabin to accommodate 25 adults, teens, and kids when the one we rented had major plumbing issues. Parkside Lodge was not only big enough for all of us. It was beautiful. We will definitely stay again!

We had a week stay with our kids and grandkids (all 21 of us) and the house had really good space for all of us. The bedrooms are spread out and there was family group gathering space in the kitchen/living area and downstairs in the game room area so the kids had their space and adults had their space, so worked out really well. Also loved that there was outside space where kids could run and play and we could enjoy a sit around the fire. A lot of the other places I looked at had no outside space because they were on a cliff or hillside. Place was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Any time we texted for a request, the maintenance team replied right away. We truly enjoyed our time there.

company golf trip

Cabin was great! We do a golf trip every year and this was our favorite place so far. It is secluded from other cabins, so you didn't get any traffic going by. The yard was nice to have, plenty of room to play cornhole and have fires. The inside was clean and plenty big enough for everyone, we had 12 people this year. Would definitely recommend!

Mountain stay near Gatlinburg

This cabin is spacious and great for families. Each room has it's own bathroom. We did have some problems like a leaky kitchen sink and lights that didn't work. We had to buy alot of extras like trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies, as well as toilet paper. My main complaint was that the mattresses were uncomfortable. Many adults complained they could not sleep because of the uneven, crunchy mattresses. The cabin itself is very convenient to the National Park and other attractions.

Great Place to Stay!!

Cabin is in a good location between Pigeon Forge (closer) and Gatlinburg. Cabin is huge and each bedroom had it's own bathroom...it accommodated my family of 12 with ease. It was clean and well laid out. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Plenty of easy/breezy parking (we had 4 cars/trucks). MINOR cons: -Smoke detector in the family room went off for about 20 seconds the first morning just before 6AM. Alarm monitoring company called my cell and I told them there was no fire/smoke. Went back to bed and about 5 minutes later, the fire department showed up beating on the door. I let them in, so they could verify there was no fire/smoke...that woke up everyone. Like my own house, sometimes these types of things happen...not blaming the property mgr...it's nice to know the place is being monitored, but if I told the monitoring co there was no fire/smoke, they should have communicated that with the fire department...maybe?? I texted the property mgr to let them know what happened and didn't hear back. That was the only incident with the smoke detectors. -Beds were comfortable, but every one of them squeaked every time you moved. -The pool table was not level and 2 of the 4 pool cues did not have tips (3 of the 4 were short (3ft))...guy thing/wife didn't care. -The last night we were there, we discovered that one of the bathrooms is leaking into the back of the theater room (shower). Didn't contact the prop mgr since it was our last night then forgot about it until now.

Great place for extended family

It was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Our large extended family loved the house. Having the game room allowed the kids to play downstairs and the adults could have their own area for conversations. The kitchen was roomy, but could have used an upgrade on the pots and pans. All in all a great place for our family.

Great space for large group

We had a family reunion with 14 adults. There was adequate space for everyone. It was nice that each bedroom had a bathroom. There could have been more silverware, though. For a place that sleeps 26, there are only 15 forks so we spent alot of time washing silverware. It was also short on kitchen towels and no dishcloths. Be prepared to supply your own dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc. All things considered, we would definitely stay there again and would recommend the property to other families.

Fantastic property

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 15+ years and this cabin rates at the top! It is in the perfect location and the daily bear visits was the cherry on top! Beautiful cabin, well stocked and very clean! You won’t go wrong choosing this cabin.

Transform Ladies Conference Stay

Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, plenty of room and beautiful! The location is perfect and away from the hustle bustle! The Fall colors were beautiful, we had some visiting bears and during our down time, it was a perfect haven of relaxation! We’ll definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience

We had a group of 12 stay at this property and there was plenty of space for everyone with extra places for people to stay. Everyone that stayed with us enjoyed the cabin and all the space we had to spread out inside and out. We also got to see wildlife in the yard on several occasions.

Spacious, clean cabin in unique setting

This property is set up near the top of the mountain, which means that, though the drive up and down is challenging, it is a distinctive reminder that you're on vacation. Set in the woods it is well appointed, open from the kitchen into the living room and able to accommodate a large number of people without feeling cramped. Bathrooms in every bedroom, a Theatre room for 15, large basement with a basketball game and arcade machine. This worked well for our family and grandchildren.

Smoky mountain friend-cation

Great location. Minutes from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or some of the best hikes on the north side of the park. Property is a split level with one bedroom (the bunk room) on the bottom floor, one in the middle floor (next to theater), and two on each half level above. Only one refrigerator for 24 people, so we used coolers. One bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and we never had hot water or water pressure issues. Had a bear come through the property almost every day.

Great Experience - loved the Cabin!

We would rent this cabin again - very accommodating and great location! We did have a mother bear and 3 cubs in the yard - so renters beware this is bear country. Very convenient to visit Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Basketball game was broken, but other than that - it was exactly as advertised.
