The house could have been a little cleaner! Other wise is was very nice! Would stay again don’t like the drive to it and the driveway itself but made it through it. The view was gorgeous wis the pool could have been open longer. Maybe think about adding a hot tub. Overall a great stay.

Angel was an amazing host and answered all of my questions very quickly. This place exceeded all of our expectations—from the cleanliness to the amount of space. The cleaning crew was truly on point; there were no dried spills and nothing sticky on the countertops.We had a full house but never felt crowded. There was plenty of space for everyone to fellowship together without sitting on top of one another, and we could move around and play without bumping into each other. The children absolutely loved the game room and movie theater, and the pool table was a hit for everyone.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve decided to make this an annual event. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

Overall, we had a really great experience at this property. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, & comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils & essentials we could have needed. The host was very responsive which we truly appreciated. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The driveway was quite steep & a bit nerve-wracking, especially when wet and covered in leaves—we had a couple of moments when we weren’t sure we’d make it up the hill. The activities available didn’t suit all age groups; our younger children didn’t have much to do, though the theater room was a big hit for everyone. We were disappointed that the pool was fairly cold, even though it was listed as heated. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay in for long because of the temperature. Cleanliness was another area that fell short of expectations—several sheet sets were dirty upon arrival & needed to be washed. We also found leftover trash under the theater room chairs, & the vacuum was broken, making it hard to tidy up. The floors & baseboards upstairs, along with the areas under the dining table & in the kitchen, could have used a deeper cleaning. Also, the sliding door lock was broken which left us feeling a bit uneasy. Overall, this is a lovely property with lots of potential & some great features, but it would benefit from a deeper cleaning, a few maintenance updates, and a little extra attention to safety details.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! Plenty of room for my adult children and their spouses, plenty of beds for the grandchildren, and even for my parents and grandparents... We had ages 4 months to 89! And everyone was satisfied and had a great time. There was nothing we needed that the property didn't have! Fully stocked kitchen, with all the necessary and unnecessary things like coffee makers, griddles, crock pots, etc. the house was clean, and designed so that the group that spent more time in the pool and shooting pool had a level that was basically an entire living space on its own... We were there thru a bad storm which did some damage, the manager was prompt to respond to us. We had a great time, our group had zero issues with the driveway, it is steep, very steep, but not bad enough to change our minds about booking here again!

The property and house was amazing. The open floor plan from the kitchen, dining area and living room was large enough to accommodate everyone. The screened in porch was very nice to relax in and eat as well. The lower floor was fun for all ages,whether you were playing pool or playing games in the game room. The theater room recliners were also comfortable and relaxing. The patio and pool area was a blast during the day and at night,especially taking in the amazing mountain views!! Angel was a great accommodating host. She responded quickly and resolved any problems or requests we had. Would definitely stay again.

This is a perfect property for a large group. With 4 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 more on the "basement" level, we had plenty of room for every age - even during naptimes! It is very well-kept and well-stocked. The communication from the team is outstanding. Messages were answered within minutes and replies were always very courteous and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful house - beautiful sunrises

This home was an absolute blast. The view is amazing and you can see some beautiful sunrises. The family loved the pool and there were already multiple pool floats available upon arrival. The owner is very responsive. The first morning we found out the keurig wasn't working and within a few hours a new one was delivered. The house is very clean and our family really enjoyed our time. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Location and vista from house very nice but the steepness of driveway was not worth it. Thankfully we didn’t get any rain as we didn’t think we’d be able to get up and down the drive. The 3 stars is because the house some TLC front door doesn’t open, pool steps very wobbly, several chairs also falling apart, and couldn’t get TVs to work except the one in the basement. We had only one dish towel and dish cloth for the whole week and 2 bath towels which wasn’t enough. I did ask and received more toilet paper and paper towels as we had only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and when you have 5 people using each one it certainly not enough. Just skimpy overall.

PERFECTION

My family LOVED this house. From beginning to end, our experience was perfect. Check in was super easy. Angel, well, that’s the perfect name for her. She not only answered all of my “first getting to the house questions”, she went above and beyond when I told her the baby gate wasn’t wide enough for the stairs. We had two toddlers and were worried about their safety. She had the best, most sturdy baby gate delivered within a couple of hours!! The house is HUGE! The kitchen so big and roomy, with everything you could want or need to prepare meals for a big crew. A roomy laundry room, a big pantry, and there were even s’more sticks to roast marshmallows and all the ingredients to make s’mores. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are one open area with lots of room to fit our oversized family. We had seventeen in our group, 2 grandparents with four adult children, 3 of their spouses, 7 grandchildren, and an aunt. Listen, everyone had their own space, it was glorious. The screened in porch was so nice. Really long swing, which fit all seven of my grandchildren, ranging in age from 1 year old to 14 years old. There are two ceiling fans out there too, AND it was a great place to watch the Pigeon Forge 4th of July Fireworks from. In fact, we saw ALL KINDS of fireworks from the mountain top view you get at this house. The pool area-FANTASTIC! The older grands loved the theatre room too! The driveway is steep, but doable and WORTH IT for the privacy and tranquility!

Perfect for Multi Generational Vacations

Beautiful views! Perfect for teenagers, they loved the theater room and pool table. Enough space for everyone to have quiet time or family time. Kitchen fully stocked and easily cooked for 10. Don’t worry about bringing swimming pool toys, they got them. Close to all the Pigeon Forge activity and quick drive to Gatlinburg. Driveway is very steep but paved, if in a group have each head up one at a time.

We had a great stay at this house. It held the 17 of us very comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. While all the indoor spaces are lovely and well kept, our group particularly enjoyed the pool area and the screened-in porch. The host is super helpful and responds very quickly!

Family Vacation

15 of us ages 2-81. The house was great. Driveway is steep. Close to local attractions. Plenty of space for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom & the pool. Bonus that it was heated. There were a couple small issues & Angel was right on it. We all had a great time just being together.

Best place ever

Angel is the most nicest person ever. Angel made everything so easy and smooth from before we was checking to when we was and during. The view is so captivating the house is just so beautiful. The whole place is so peaceful. This is the absolute best place we have ever stayed at. Very spacious house. Loved everything.

This property was Amazing. It was spacious clean and very functional. The beds were comfortable and rooms were laid out well. The host was absolutely amazing to work with. She went well above and beyond what I feel is required of a host. I would 100% book this house again

We stayed at the property this weekend, the host Angel was attentive, responded quickly and answered all our questions.There were 5 couples, more than enough room for everyone. The view is amazing! We had such an awesome time. We would definitely book again!

Family Holiday

The house was great for our party of 12! Each bedroom listed is truly a separate bedroom. The road up to the house and the driveway itself is stressful, and I would not want to have stayed in the house if there was snow or heavy rain. I don’t know that we would have been able to navigate the driveway. Other than that, the location was great! Almost at the entrance to the mountain to head up to gatlinburg.
