Modern 3 bed Overlooking Hagley Park

Our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom spacious 3-storey townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch. Our home is the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer.
With modern and stylish decor we comfortably accommodate up to 6-guests. 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and quality linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. Two bathrooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently located close to the beautiful Hagley Park, the Riverside Markets, and a range of shopping options.

If you need to visit the hospital to see loved ones, our home is also in a prime location for easy access.

This 3 storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with King bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom has a single bed and office/workspace area. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for six, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

This property is a 3-storey townhouse - ground floor has living, dining, kitchen, outdoor courtyard and sofa bed - sofa bed linen is an additional charge. 1st floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom. 2nd floor contains 2nd bedroom which is the Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, 3rd bedroom also located on this floor which has a single bed and dedicated work space/desk area.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval.
The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

We liked the modern feel of the home. It was clean and ready for us! It was a good location for our needs. I especially loved the smell of jasmine when walking through the front gate. We didn’t cook anything so can’t report on the kitchen amenities. All bedrooms were used. The only criticism we had was the amount of stairs heading to the 2nd and third floor bedrooms. We had quite large/heavy luggage as we travelled internationally. Good thing we had two strong teen boys to help carry the luggage. There isn’t any designated parking, but it wasn’t a problem. Parking on street was easy and we didn’t have to park more than 30 seconds away.

With the many options available, this property was selected and didn’t let us down. A family of four (2 x teenagers). Would highly recommend.

The the condo was very nice and clean, but the location was a little sketchy. I was glad we were a bigger group. Also, the parking situation was not great.

Great place to stay

Extremely easy to find house. Great location. Had all facilities required. Only stayed for 1 night prior to getting early flight to Australia. Would be great for longer stays. Handy location for things to do if staying in Christchurch in future. Would definitely book again. Thanks
