This 2 br 2 bathroom condo is right in front of the Pacific Ocean in Playa La Barqueta. Master bedroom with ensuite. The balcony overlooks the west side, watch the beautiful sunset's reflection on the water, while having a glass of wine or beer. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 55" Smart TV, and energy efficient hightech smart ACs with automatic controls, dehumidifiers and self cleaning features. Hot water heater, which is a bonus. It's a minimalist and energy efficient condo. Perfect home away from home!
Private swimming pool, free gated parking and beach area with two nipa hut sheds, tables and chairs in front of the condo. Restaurants nearby, lounge, karaoke nights, horse back riding or simply walk along the longest beach in Panama. The back of the building is a farmland so you'll see lots of wild tropical trees, meet locals, or experience simple way of living. This is a very quiet and friendly community with mixed of locals and expats so if you are looking for party scene or crowded beach resort, this is NOT for you. Turtle Hatchery next door. This is a hidden oceanfront paradise in Panama. If you like water, sunset, nature, farmland, peace, natural and simple way of life and oceanfront all in one area then you'll love living here. The best part is you don't have to drive far for convenience, this is less than 30 minutes to David so if you need big items shopping, clinics, hospital, Doctor, big box stores, etc all big centers are in David. A few fruit stands, mini grocery stores, and mini fondas around the farmland area.
Playa la Barqueta is the closest beach to Boquete and Volcan. It's also less than 1 hour to Costa Rica border. The ocean is also a popular spot for surfers because of it's big waves. Playa la Barqueta is a peaceful small beach community with a mixed of friendly locals and expats. Parking stall #8

A dream come true for me waking up in the sound of the ocean waves from the bedroom and smelling the fresh ocean air the moment you walk out the balcony. Living in Oceanfront is not the same as Oceanview. You'll realize that it's a luxury when you walk out your backyard and it's the ocean!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I love this neighborhood because it has everything I am looking for. Oceanfront, serene, peaceful, and safe community. But, I also want to be close to a farmland and a big city. This condo location has it all. Farmland is in the neighborhood and David, second largest city in PANAMA is less than 30 minutes. Knowing that I don't have to drive far for convenience is a Bonus. Big hospital, clinics, big grocery stores, shopping centers and so on are within 30 minutes.

Oceanfront paradise with a beautiful sunset. Walk along the beach or enjoy the private pool. Not only the area is excellent, this small condo has everything. It's a friendly small community mixed of expats from around the world and locals too.
