This beautiful Charlottetown home is a few minutes walk from downtown, the waterfront boardwalk, and Victoria Park, which has many attractions, including a large playground, ice cream stand, tennis courts, etc. With 2 living room areas, 4 bedrooms (one of which has a murphy bed which can be folded up to create a 3rd living room), and 1.5 baths, this is a great single or multi-family dwelling for your perfect vacation. There is a private terrace with a barbecue and seating to enjoy in the evenings. A private driveway big enough for 3-4 vehicles is also included.
