LenRose Cottage is a lovely, three-bedroom, waterfront property overlooking Brackley Bay in Brackley Beach PEI. The cottage is conveniently located about a kilometre from the National Park Beaches that PEI is famous for, and yet is only 15 minutes to Charlottetown and Cavendish. The cottage is located on a large, private lot with magnificent views of the water and dunes. Kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding can all be done right from the cottage which is only steps from the water. Lots of yard space for the kids to play
Our cottage is licensed, rated and inspected by the government of PEI Tourism Department and is listed on the government tourism site for your piece of mind. Our water is tested. License Number: 2200610. Maximum occupancy is 5 people including children and infants.
We do not accept any online bookings until we speak with you directly first please. This is because we may be in correspondence with another group at the same time as your booking comes in. Please use the "contact host" button and contact us before you click "request a booking", and please provide me with the "ages of each" member of your party please.
The cottage is well equipped and includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, linens, towels, and AC/heat pump, a three season sunroom, canoe, outdoor firepit, TV, full bathroom with shower/tub, plus an additional second shower enclosed outdoors.
Unfortunately our property is not suitable for parties, weddings etc because we want to be respectful to our neighbours . Len and I are retired teachers and live on PEI near the cottage, so we are easily accessible to accommodate all your needs. Some of the pictures are not up to date. For instance, we have added two wing back chairs in the sitting area as you come into the cottage, we have added a AC/heat pump which keeps the place cool and comfortable on the hot days and provides additional heat in the off season. In the three season room, we have added a livingroom loveseat and some additional chairs. There is now a railing around the cottage and steps facing the water.
